We needed a new website and customer portal with login and orderable access integrated with our system.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Morphsites built our website with designs from our brand agency and integrated it with our CRM (HubSpot) and ERP system so customers could place an order seamlessly. The website allowed users to search for products by vehicle or type, request a quote, find a dealer, build landing pages, and access a document library. The customer portal allowed customers to securely log in to quote, order, track sales, and earn points as part of a rewards program.

How did you come to work with Morphsites?
We found Morphsites through a referral. They were the clear frontrunner for our very custom needs for a website, customer portal, and more. We wanted someone who could work with our system, grow with us, and be connected with our design agency. Most importantly, we needed a team that would always come forward with new ideas to make things better.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from May 2022–May 2023, and are still working closely together on enhancements to the site and customer journey.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw a 400% increase in quote requests within the first six months of launching the new website. The average increase in quote value increased by $1,000 per quote, and the number of quotes received per week increased by around 400%. In 2025, we were up by 25% again.
Moreover, more customers found us and requested quotes, which meant more leads passed off to our distributors, increasing our revenue. Additionally, more orders placed through our portal took the workload off our manual order entry team, reducing the time needed.
How did Morphsites perform from a project management standpoint?
Morphsites’ project management was good. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. Sometimes they struggled with timelines, but they always made up for it. The team was very good at communication. We primarily used email, meetings, and Jira.

Morphsites was obsessed with quality, even if it took them a bit longer. They wanted our business to benefit and our brand to be held in the utmost regard throughout every step of the customer journey. The team was extremely friendly and willing to take feedback, which was highly important for us.

Morphsites were initially briefed to fully scope, design, and build a new e-commerce wholesale website that seamlessly integrated with our existing business systems, including warehouse, IT, finance, and customer service. From the outset, Morphsites delivered a highly considered, technically robust solution that aligned perfectly with our operational needs. Since the website went live in 2022, they have continued to work closely with Pencarrie, taking responsibility for all ongoing continuous improvement, bug fixes, UX enhancements, and the design and development of new functionality.
Beyond the platform itself, Morphsites have also managed, advised on, and implemented all SEO and key digital marketing activity, playing a vital role in supporting the business’s continued growth online. Their monthly optimisation and support work has been consistently proactive, and during the pandemic they were particularly responsive, adapting quickly to rapidly shifting business priorities.
Morphsites have been deeply involved in the development of every new feature from end to end, starting with discovery and user research, progressing through UX wireframing and design, and culminating in both front-end and back-end development through to go-live. We always had a consistent point of contact and met regularly, which made communication smooth and efficient. They were responsive, transparent, and an excellent communicator. When briefed, they always asked appropriate questions to ensure the brief was understood and also on occastion positively challenged new briefs - highlighting areas we may not have fully considered and suggesting improvements that added real value.
On the occasions when projects could not be delivered on time - whether due to issues on our side or theirs - Morphsites were always clear and transparent, working collaboratively with us to find the best solution. Our project manager held an exceptional level of knowledge about our products and requirements, which contributed significantly to the smooth progression and delivery of all projects.
