Morphsites were initially briefed to fully scope, design, and build a new e-commerce wholesale website that seamlessly integrated with our existing business systems, including warehouse, IT, finance, and customer service. From the outset, Morphsites delivered a highly considered, technically robust solution that aligned perfectly with our operational needs. Since the website went live in 2022, they have continued to work closely with Pencarrie, taking responsibility for all ongoing continuous improvement, bug fixes, UX enhancements, and the design and development of new functionality.

Beyond the platform itself, Morphsites have also managed, advised on, and implemented all SEO and key digital marketing activity, playing a vital role in supporting the business’s continued growth online. Their monthly optimisation and support work has been consistently proactive, and during the pandemic they were particularly responsive, adapting quickly to rapidly shifting business priorities.

Morphsites have been deeply involved in the development of every new feature from end to end, starting with discovery and user research, progressing through UX wireframing and design, and culminating in both front-end and back-end development through to go-live. Key deliverables included a fully integrated e-commerce platform, seamless system integrations, sustained digital marketing support, and a comprehensive programme of ongoing enhancement and feature development.

We had our own dedicated project manager at Morphsites who knew our website and projects inside out, quickly becoming an integrated and highly valued member of our digital team. We always had a consistent point of contact and met regularly, which made communication smooth and efficient. They were responsive, transparent, and an excellent communicator. When briefed, they always asked appropriate questions to ensure the brief was understood and also on occastion positively challenged new briefs - highlighting areas we may not have fully considered and suggesting improvements that added real value.

On the occasions when projects could not be delivered on time - whether due to issues on our side or theirs - Morphsites were always clear and transparent, working collaboratively with us to find the best solution. Our project manager held an exceptional level of knowledge about our products and requirements, which contributed significantly to the smooth progression and delivery of all projects.

What stood out most about Morphsites was the incredible breadth and depth of skills within their team. Their developers each brought specialised expertise, which meant we could confidently tackle a wide variety of projects and always felt we were working with specialists. It was also clear that Morphsites genuinely care about their people, and that culture shines through in how they work. They were a genuinely lovely, human company to partner with. They are approachable, supportive, and easy to collaborate with at every stage.

We had meaningful contact at every level of the business, and they became extremely well integrated into our own team. The project - Lythium - was scoped to become the digital architecture and backbone of our growing electric car leasing business. With growing customer enquiries, increasing product complexity and compliance obligations, our business needed a cutting-edge and responsive system. From enquiry collation, through to quotation, credit application and vehicle ordering, the system had to accommodate a number of integrations and processes.

Efficiently and succinctly propagated via a dedicated project management tool which identified each and every task based on my specific instructions, coupled with developer feedback. All tasks clearly identified for the purposes of costs and time delivery, together with a robust regression testing process. A scheduled weekly to monthly version update ensure that we could more accurately plan our business.

I’m the marketing manager of Gardiner Haskins Interiors, a company that designs and supplies kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture. We offer expert design services, quality brands and craftsmanship to create stylish, durable interiors.

What challenge were you trying to address with morphsites?

We wanted a new website that better reflected our business. Our previous website hosted not only our Bristol interiors business but also our now-closed Cirencester store and car parking business. It was far too cluttered and hard for customers to understand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

morphsites has conducted a full strategic digital discovery and delivered a website fully designed and tailored to what we had discussed for both looks and functionality. The team has spent time with every member of our team, from our marketing manager to the designers on the showroom, to understand what was important to each of us.

morphsites has helped us at every stage to a high standard, even after they delivered the finished website. We have no e-commerce functionality, and while we wrote all our content ourselves, every page was set up for us to succeed, including having different templates for inspiration pages and style pages compared to a standard kitchen landing page.

Alex has been our main point of contact at morphsites; however, Dan, Melissa, and Stuart have also offered valuable insight. 

How did you come to work with morphsites?

We had worked with Alex before during his time at another company, which merged with morphsites. We chose morphsites because they had a great culture fit and we had a good working relationship with both Alex and Melissa. Upon meeting the rest of the morphsites team, we were confident they would be able to provide an even better service due to the support from the surrounding team and management team.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with morphsites in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had customers mention the difference in our website. We’ve also seen an 18% increase in active users since the website went live and, crucially, a 62% increase in the average engagement time of users. Moreover, our enquiry standard has improved despite difficult market trading conditions.

Additionally, we have fewer customers calling us because they’re unable to find what they’re looking for, and our designers are happier with the website and using it within their work to showcase features or ideas to customers.

How did morphsites perform from a project management standpoint?

morphsites is very clear with timelines. We’ve held the project up at some points, and the team has adjusted for us and been supportive. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email.

Someone from morphsites is always available to help or share advice, whether it’s their project or not. The understanding they have of our business is impressive, and we put that down to the full digital discovery day they spent in the showroom.

Legend manufactures high-quality cargo van flooring, insulated liners, and safety accessories to protect fleet vehicles, enhance driver comfort, and extend vehicle lifespan. We serve customers across North America, the UK, and Europe.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Morphsites?

We needed a new website and customer portal with login and orderable access integrated with our system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Morphsites built our website with designs from our brand agency and integrated it with our CRM (HubSpot) and ERP system so customers could place an order seamlessly. The website allowed users to search for products by vehicle or type, request a quote, find a dealer, build landing pages, and access a document library. The customer portal allowed customers to securely log in to quote, order, track sales, and earn points as part of a rewards program.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–6 teammates from Morphsites.

How did you come to work with Morphsites?

We found Morphsites through a referral. They were the clear frontrunner for our very custom needs for a website, customer portal, and more. We wanted someone who could work with our system, grow with us, and be connected with our design agency. Most importantly, we needed a team that would always come forward with new ideas to make things better.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2022–May 2023, and are still working closely together on enhancements to the site and customer journey.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 400% increase in quote requests within the first six months of launching the new website. The average increase in quote value increased by $1,000 per quote, and the number of quotes received per week increased by around 400%. In 2025, we were up by 25% again.

Moreover, more customers found us and requested quotes, which meant more leads passed off to our distributors, increasing our revenue. Additionally, more orders placed through our portal took the workload off our manual order entry team, reducing the time needed.

How did Morphsites perform from a project management standpoint?

Morphsites’ project management was good. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. Sometimes they struggled with timelines, but they always made up for it. The team was very good at communication. We primarily used email, meetings, and Jira.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Morphsites was obsessed with quality, even if it took them a bit longer. They wanted our business to benefit and our brand to be held in the utmost regard throughout every step of the customer journey. The team was extremely friendly and willing to take feedback, which was highly important for us.

They could work a bit faster.
