We hired Morever to produce videos and photos for us for our organisational campaigns. We needed impactful, emotive content that met our awareness-raising, lead generation and fundraising KPIs for our campaigns across social media, digital and print channels. They’ve produced content for us both via user-generated means and in-person shoots.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We asked for proposals from several agencies and after reviewing approaches and costs, we felt that Morever had the best experience in user-generated content, had well thought-through project management and scheduling, and competitive prices.

We’ve worked with Morever on several organisational campaigns, each with slightly different aims and content requirements. But the process was generally similar. They’d respond to our brief and budget with a proposal and quote. We’d then head into the planning stages, with treatments and scripts. They’d get to know our case studies (people affected by stroke) and prep for the shoots. After the shoots, they’d edit the content (giving us usually two or three rounds for amends) and we’d sign them off.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our main point of contact was the producer, with the managing director also involved at key stages, or when needed. The shoot would usually have two crew members, and an editor or editors would work on the content afterwards.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The content that we’ve produced with Morever has worked very well for our organisational campaigns, achieving some of the highest engagement rates on organic and paid social media, as well as YouTube and our website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The producer was excellent at keeping us all on track. They use a Gantt chart schedule so we’re all on the same page with progress, and review and delivery dates – we’d review this on our weekly progress calls. When feeding back, we used their feedback template that helped keep internal stakeholders clear, focused and solutions-orientated with their comments – and we’d speak through this written feedback on a call. They manage expectations very well, and deliver according to the schedule outlined at the beginning of the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have a committed, personable, solutions-focused team, who are focused on delivering impactful, effective content for your aims. They also have great sensitivity and understanding working with our case studies (people affected by stroke), which is incredibly important to us. Their brand storytelling is also beautiful of course!
