The project was divided into the development of mobile and web applications.
The mobile app is for use by club members and is the recipient of what was created by the club owner in the web part. Mobile users can:

have access to the news feed - replenish the equipment and goals
have access to offers from the club and can submit their interest in a given offer
create an equipment wishlist
check the status of the golf course (the one that is set on the web by the manager).
The web app serves as a system for managing the entire golf club. The users of the app are to be managers or owners of these clubs. They can, inter alia:
accept/reject requests from mobile users (club members) to be added to the club
create offers for users that will appear in the mobile application
set the status of the golf course, i.e. what conditions prevail (rain, dry, wet, you can drive carts, etc.)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The team managed to deliver the digital products within the deadline, the MVPs look and function properly, we are now ready to test the applications with users. The workflow between us in the UK and Applover in Poland was effective, despite the distance.
We managed to collaborate remotely, we communicated on Slack, and from time to time we had w demo calls when we could see the progress and ask questions, clarify what needed to be done. Moreover, we could track tasks on Jira, as all of our communication with the Applover team was in English.

Development was completed using the SCRUM methodology with 2 week sprints. Applover managed this process and I would attend Sprint reviews to provide any feedback on the development.
