Molecula has created a video for our product using their equipment. After developing a storyboard, they conducted casting interviews and filmed and photographed our product. They’ve also been responsible for editing the video content and mixing audio to create the final result.

We don’t have many metrics, but our team and customers have responded really well to the video; they think it’s excellent. We use the video for our website, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.

Molecula has managed the project well; they deliver on time and within budget. They’ve done everything we wanted, and we typically communicate via WhatsApp and email.

The process of the video creation was smooth. WE contacted T-REX and had an initial conversation. We worked out a script then they go to work organizing everything that would be needed for the filming (location, actors, set, crew...).

Once we told them what we want our team felt the T-REX did an amazing job owning the project and carrying it to completion based on our expectations and desires.

The feedback process was great. After the initial shooting the T-REX team put the first edits together and shared their creation. WE spent the next few weeks making slight modifications and trying new things.

The T-REX team was very patient with us and appreciated that we wanted it just right. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured to be done with the editing.

We have shown the video to audiences who were impressed with the quality of the video production. The team at T-REX did a great job. The viewers walked away excited about the product.

Very effective workflow. After the initial shooting the T-REX team worked with us to get the editing the way we wanted. While it took some time (and that was because our team wanted to try so many things) the T-REX team kept making changes and showing us the new video. Over time the refinements turned into our final.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were very impressed with the post-production process. The T-REX team was very skillful and knowledgeable. When we asked to make an edit they knew exactly how and what we wanted and we NEVER have to go back and forth on an edit because our teams didn't understand what the other meant.

I don't see how T-REX could improve, they are great!

In the beginning, they asked us about our products and the market. They made a selection of references and we choose the directions of the future content. We booked the shooting date and started preparing.

T-Rex studio knows how to combine productivity and fun. We got the raw files on the same day and the final files after three days. I got the team photos and videos plus personal photos an extra present.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

At the beginning, I communicated with the CEO - Oleg directly. Later the communication was handled by company’s project manager. We agreed timeline and method of communication. All management process was easy and flexible. At the end of the project It was a pleasure to get a personal message from a CEO.

We got more than 100 positive feedbacks from our clients about our new corporate video.

We have defined all the KPIs,  strict scheduling, all the operational tasks for the preparation. Then we made a second meeting for filling in all the skipped moments and to resolve all the questions related to the final result that we wanted.

We have great cooperation during the project, TREX has a perfect communication flow and all the questions were resolved immediately.  The vendor has a strict vision of the results and visual solutions that have to be fulfilled with their work. During our common projects, we have engaged 10 000 new audiences to our website and Instagram account. Vidoe production has helped us to increase the number of YouTube subscribers from 2000 to 5000 in a 1,5 month.

As we mentioned before guys from the TREX Production have a great client-oriented approach. They are very attentive to details and they do not start a project without a deep-diving into the industry they work with.

The workflow was smooth and effective. All the timelines and iterations have a great result and were efficient. We have a strict step on how to receive a result - meeting, engaging the TREX team to our industry, brainstorming, scheduling, preparing all the necessary materials and operational details, getting things done, and finishing results getting feedback - everything was on the top level.

They can feel your vibe and style and represent it in the video. They can recreate your ideas into the video materials.

We would recommend guys to spread the spheres of the production and present themself in more printing and web materials. Because sometimes, without the recommendation it is hard to find their amazing portfolio.
