Mighty Fine isn’t just an advertising agency—we’re storytellers, designers, and strategists who help brands connect with people in ways that actually matter. Based in Tampa, FL, with a presence in Atlanta, GA, we partner with startups and established organizations to create brand systems, campaigns, and digital experiences that are clear, cohesive, and built to perform.
That link is heavily dependent on good web design and user experience. Many people's initial and most formative experiences with a brand occur on a website. We create digital platforms and websites that are easy to use, aesthetically consistent with the brand, and purposefully made to generate leads. Clarity, accessibility, and worldwide competitiveness are the guiding principles of all UX decisions.
As a creative agency with deep roots in branding, digital marketing, and content strategy, we believe strong ideas only work when they’re backed by strategy. Every project starts with understanding your business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. From there, we develop intentional creative that aligns messaging, design, and execution across channels.
Collaboration is central to how we work. We integrate seamlessly with in-house marketing teams or operate as an extension of your organization when internal resources are stretched. All work is done in-house by senior designers, strategists, and producers—allowing for tighter communication, faster iteration, and consistent quality from concept through delivery.
Our services include advertising, brand identity design, brand voice and messaging, video strategy and production, website design, UX and content direction, and ongoing creative support. Whether launching a new brand, refining an existing one, or supporting campaign execution, we focus on work that strengthens brand consistency, improves engagement, and supports measurable performance.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Our collaboration began with an onboarding meeting where we discussed our brand identity, objectives, rolls and responsibilities, and the related project timeline with Mighty Fine. Frank and his team then provided a roadmap, ensuring not just transparency, but this allowed us to stay informed at every stage in the process .
Key deliverables included a complete website overhaul based on our branding guidelines, culture, and project mission. Mighty Fine’s Creative Director and Copywriter provided purposeful messaging that was searchable and aligned with our brand’s voice. The design systems they created provide us with an overall perspective on how the aesthetic of the new website would be created.
Mighty Fine then assisted in seamlessly integrating a backend CMS, thus enabling our employees with confidential login capabilities to interact with proprietary company information and interactive tools to coordinate company events and workplace updates.
Everything was seamlessly incorporated into a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing site, leveraging cutting-edge web technologies to optimize performance.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Title USA. We're a title company that handles closings for real estate transactions. We work with sellers and buyers, real estate agents, and brokers. They provide us with contracts for real estate sales, and then we handle the details.
Specifically, we examine titles and ensure they’re clear. If they’re not, we arrange for any curative measures and work with the parties involved, including the lender when financing is involved. At the closing, we handle all of the paperwork and documentation, ensuring that everything is properly executed. We then issue title insurance policies to the new owner and the lender.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty Fine?
I started my company in 2011 but never had a website, building my business through word of mouth. Over time, my client base continued to grow. It was always my intention to create a website for my company, so in early 2020, I researched web design and hired Mighty Fine to build my site.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our engagement didn’t start right away in 2020 because I was slammed with work, and it was the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The low interest rates and other factors caused business to explode in my location, so the project was delayed. In 2023, I became determined to start the project with Frank (Founder). We had a meeting and sat down with his staff. They created a roadmap for me, and I provided them with all the details of my business. They built the website from there.
What is the team composition?
I mainly worked with Frank, but I also met John (Senior Graphic Designer). Moreover, I worked indirectly with a copywriter.
How did you come to work with Mighty Fine?
I was doing some research on web design via Google when I found Mighty Fine. I reached out to Frank and was impressed with his website, the look of his designs, and the case studies he presented. Shortly thereafter, I decided to commit and reached an agreement with Frank to have him build my website.
How much have you invested with them?
I invested a little over $12,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first spoke back in April 2020 under unusual circumstances. As a result, I put the project on the back burner until 2023. The project lasted from January–October 2023. We’re done with the project, but I plan to use Frank’s services for marketing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website was valuable for my business. With it, I was able to broadcast my business, and people could look me up and acquire a sense of assurance about my work. It complemented the efforts I undertook in giving exceptional service to my customers. From these interactions, I could acquire a more permanent relationship with those customers.
In terms of quality, I was impressed with Mighty Fine’s work. Everyone who saw the website complimented it. I looked at other websites from similar businesses, and those didn’t have a polished look. Meanwhile, my website came out nice, and I was truly pleased with it.
How did Mighty Fine perform from a project management standpoint?
Mighty Fine was right on target in terms of deadline. If anything, I was the procrastinator, while they were always on time and on budget. In fact, Frank was extremely patient even when I couldn’t give him the information he needed to work on my website. He understood that I was slammed with work at one point, and the website wasn’t needed to generate extra business during that time. He remained kind and patient.
John was also tremendous. He and Frank always listened to me and were patient with me since I wasn’t a technical person. They were truly helpful in moving the project forward and explaining the next steps to me. Their turnaround time was quick; they would’ve finished the project in 2020, but I was the one who stretched it out.
For communication, we used phone calls and emails. Frank was always accessible whenever I called them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Frank was great to work with, and I was happy with my decision to work with him. They met my expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend Frank and his team at Mighty Fine.

Mighty Fine Design Co. designed and developed a WordPress website for a regional nonprofit. They've since launched a rebranding process and delivered a new logo. Currently, they're updating the site.
Adding valuable social media links and executing design changes to reflect new branding, Mighty Fine Design Co. is a critical ongoing partner. They built the site to scale with the client, allowing for future flexibility and growth. Customers can expect designs that accurately reflect requirements.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of Live Tampa Bay. We’re a coalition of business, faith, and nonprofit leaders from the Tampa Bay region with the goal of drastically reducing the number of fatal opioid overdoses by the end of 2025.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty Fine Design Co.?
A big part of the coalition’s work is raising public awareness and advocating for ending opioid overdoses. This requires a lot of excellence in communication and design. Frank (Owner) and his team make sure we have a website that the business community and our executives are proud of and has the heart of a nonprofit.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The website is built on WordPress, and they’re currently expanding it post launch. Their branding services include helping us through a name change and expanding the site to the new brand and some new services, as well as links to our social media accounts and newsletter. They’ve also created a new logo for us.
What is the team composition?
I work with Frank, John (Senior Graphic Designer).
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000–$15,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since April 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The feedback from some of the CEOs in our organization (who lead some of the largest companies in our region) is stellar. As a group, CEOs are used to perfection, and I’ve heard nothing but positivity about their representation on the site. They’re all very proud to have their brand on our website, and CEOs who weren’t included in the first iteration of the site are emailing me and asking when they can get on the site.
Our goal with this first iteration was simply to highlight the business community’s engagement, and Mighty Fine did a great job with that. The second iteration will feature community and grassroots leaders.
How did Mighty Fine Design Co. perform from a project management standpoint?
The meetings we have are comprehensive but brief; they’re a good use of time. Might Fine takes in information and gives back work that is reflective of what we speak about.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m not a design person, but Mighty Fine’s team is skilled at asking the correct questions to elicit the information they need. They created a design that captured my descriptions that were far from how designers talk to one another. The site needed to be professional enough for the business leaders but not so cold as to turn away community engagement. Mighty Fine translated our conversations around this topic into a high-quality design.
They also built a website that can grow with our organization without breaking the bank. Frank put all the backend architecture to ensure we can be where we want to be 12 and 18 months down the road.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any constructive criticism.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
For anyone dealing with design who isn’t familiar with design, don’t expect this to be a rapid-fire process. My advice is to start early to make time for creative feedback.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the manager for the Red Barn Flea Market. Our place is where you can come with the whole family. Lots of vendors, lots of merchandise & lots of fun for everyone.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Mighty Fine Design Co.?
Our website was outdated, this team helped with Branding and Identity, Web Design and Development, Video Production, and Photography. We wanted to achieve a fresh identity that could connect with a contemporary audience. To have a website developed with a clean design that aligned with our logo. The site needed to be user friendly because we have a lot of information - we have a 145,000 sq. ft. retail area to cover. They host our website.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We worked on a few smaller projects with Mighty Fine Design, they proposed the idea of rebranding, and we went from there.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had multiple meeting to discuss the new identity. It was difficult at first because our team had lived with our logo for decades. Mighty Fine Design Co. listened and help persuade us to move in a new direction. We feel that we now have an identity that is timeless. We needed assets for our new website, so they consulted us to produce a few videos that help create a brand awareness for the Red Barn. They also sent their photographer to capture the essence of the business. They designed the website using everything they produced up to that point. They also created original illustrations and graphics that are unique to the Red Barn.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We always had an account manager who handled everything. We saw multiple people behind the scenes executing different tasks.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website has had excellent feedback from our customers as well as increased traffic. Our business gets leads / vendors through our website, utilization has grown. The Mighty Fine team did exactly what we needed of them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication is great. Emails and phone calls are always returned within one day. They are very flexible with scheduling meetings. Handles projects fast.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They had a keen insight and could see that we needed a new identity. It became clear to us after it was completed how much it impacted all the marketing material that's been produced. Our launch was a success and we have received attention and comments throughout on our new website.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, not really. They do a great job already.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Vice President of TLC Diversified, Inc. I have been with the firm for 21 years and oversee all marketing and advertising for the firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Mighty Fine Design Co., and what were your goals?
I needed a new logo and website as ours was outdated and the logo was not one that really made a statement about our firm. I needed them to come up with something that put me on par with my competitors that are 10X my size and they did just that! My new logo and website turned out better than I could have imagined!
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched online and stumbled across their website. Out of all the sites I saw of local design firms I liked theirs the best. So, it was fairly simple.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
First I had Frank and his team develop a new logo for us as ours was outdate, had too many colors, and quite frankly didn't really give a good snapshot, first time good opinion of who we are. Might Fine came up with an AWESOME logo. It's simple yet so striking and really hits homes! My new logo is pretty much in line with those of some of our fortune 500 competitors.
Once the logo was in place we then moved onto the website rebuild. I'll just say this... they took the site and ran with it while I sat back and gave input here and there along the way. It was absolutely seamless and exactly what I was lookin for. I didn't want to have to invest 40 hours of my own time, which is what happened on my last website rebuild about 7 years ago. Frank and his team nailed it and through researching my business and asking me the right questions they ended knowing what I needed for a website! I couldn't be more happy with the process and design. It's fantastic.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I dealt with Frank, the owner, and then John, his lead design guy. They were both very easy to work with and highly capable in this space. "Less is more" as Frank would say! That's the motto he came up with for my new logo and that's how he ran his business. Extremely efficient and to the point. I wouldn't want to be in contact with a team of 4-5 as that would create too much input and confusion across so many contacts.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The website has has excellent feedback from clients and partners in our industry. My business doesn't get leads through our website as we're a government contractor that survives through the "low bid" process. Our website simply is a landing page for people to see our capabilities and how professional we are as a team. Our website is on par with those of my competitors that are 10X my size in revenues and employees. The Mighty Fine team did exactly what I needed of them.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Email and the occasional phone call was all it took for us to collaborate and get the website built as well as the logo. We all meshed together and kept it simple.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Very easy to work with. They took the reigns and ran with the design and overall process of building my website and giving me a new logo. Communication was excellent. They follow through on time and were always available for me.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
All projects have small snags here and there. This project went nearly perfect. If we could remove humans from all equations, we might avoid any areas of improvement. Until then, Mighty Fine is your team!

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Creative Director for a political consulting firm. We work primarily with political candidates up and down the ballot.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Mighty Fine Design Co.?
We were in the midst of rebranding our company and while we have a creative team we didn't have anyone who could build websites. We wanted something fresh for this rebrand as our previous website was a mishmash and not as professional as we knew it could be.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We reached out to multiple designers we found through Clutch after reviewing their own websites and work. We narrowed the pool down to those who we wanted to speak with and from there we reviewed their proposals. Mighty Fine's proposal was top-tier, professional, and comprehensive.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After initial communication to establish a baseline we forwarded over our site map, brand guide, logos, photos, and a variety of other assets to work with/get a sense of our style with. Mighty Fine went to work and presented us with a working draft of the homepage for us to review the direction. They were receptive to changes and delivered a final product ahead of schedule.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we worked with two people from the Mighty Fine team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our launch was a success and we have received attention and comments throughout our industry on our new website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Frank, our main contact with Mighty Fine was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was very impressed with the small details they worked into our website that made it unique to us. They used the main logo element of our brand in multiple spots throughout the website subtly but impactfully.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly, we can't think of any.

We hired the Mighty Fine team to work with us as design consultants.
What were your goals for this project?
Our primary goal was to have consistency throughout our brand.
SOLUTION

Their website made a great first impression. It was playful and serious at the same time which appealed to me. The initial call was friendly and no questions went unanswered. They have also done work for another company that is owned by a friend of mine and I was really impressed.

Our organization has many moving parts and we wanted better continuity with all of our collaterals. The Mighty Fine team consulted with us to develop a plan to drive brand consistency.
They created templates in Adobe In-Design and Illustrator for short and long-form collateral. They also worked with us to create design systems that can be used for different resources, digital or print.
What was the team composition?
Our design department mostly dealt with Frank; he oversaw the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Real progress was made because there are guidelines that we follow when creating marketing content with our in-house designer. The Mighty Fine team had a knack for conveying our thoughts into thoughtful design strategies for us to implement. The process was super seamless and very interactive.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our workflow was excellent, they were quick to respond when ever we had any thoughts or input.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The time they took with our team to discuss design systems and brand building. I always felt they genuine cared for the work they performed - you can tell that they love design.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would be great if they would open a sunny Seattle office but I don't think they are leaving Florida. Even though this project was remote for them, you'd never know secondary to their great communication. I have recommended them to other companies here is Seattle.
