Micrasol LLP worked with us on the end to end development of our web platform, mobile apps and SAAS platform. They were involved right from ideation, consulting on platform, technology and third party application use. They also work with us on AWS setup & management, inegrating marketing channels including Whatsapp, Emailers, messaging integrations. All prodcuts have been setup with custom Admin  & CMS to help the internal team manage the content and marketing.

Key Deliverables include:

• Happy Pet Care online platform
• Happy Breeder Hybrid Mobile App
• Happy Pet - App for pet parents
• Groomer Management System - Scheduler, Staff Management, Customer mgmt, Dashbaord etc

The team from Micrasol  were great partners for Happy Pet in the software development process. All tasks started with estimations and feasibility studies. The team always suggested simpler and cheaper alternatives wherever possible. Deliveries were almost always on time with post support.

A possible area for imprvement is integration of testing during coding instead of a separate phase post development.

Nestotus is a customer software development company providing services to various verticals such as manufacturing, education and healthcare. I am the Chief Technology Office for this company.

What were your goals for this project?

Develop a constantly evolving app that assists our customers to streamline their day to day business activities. The app developed will need to be user friendly, stable and error free.

How did you select this vendor?

I came across Micra solution on upwork. After interviewing a few bidders, we decided to go with Micra Solution based on their past work and knowledge they brought into mobile app development.

Describe the project in detail.

Wine tracker is a project that has a front end mobile app that is being used by all field reps of one of my customer and also has a back office for managing day to day activities. The application imports inventory and order information from quickbooks on a daily basis. The reps on the field will have access to all outstanding invoices for their customers. It will also let them place orders as well as view tech sheets for each of the wine being sold.

What was the team composition?

I believe Micra had 6 people work on this project which involved a designer, a project coordinator, an architect and developer/testers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The orders entered by various reps on the field weer were to be accurate. when it was seen in the back office and processed for packing and shipping, the orders then made their way back in the quickbooks application. Customer was ablet o verify that the orders moved correctly and all open invoices were being shown accurately on the apps.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very good and their team was very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to adapt to changes quickly was very impressive and they did everything they can to make sure issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Communication and Project management could be better.
