Metabrand Branding Agency was the best web development and design studio we’d worked with. It was hands-off from our side; we just gave them content and information, and what came back required very few iterations. The site was spot-on and exceeded our expectations. We got a lot of compliments on our website, and we received two project requests via the website since its launch in April.

How did Metabrand Branding Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the project within scope and timeline and stayed on budget. We aligned on milestones, and they hit those milestones. The milestones were a bit broader, so we didn’t have the pressure of an exact deadline. The team had plenty of time and managed it quite well.

Initially, we had a project kickoff via Zoom, and then the rest of the communication was via chat.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Web design is a fluffy and creative field, and it was hard to translate what we had into words and a vision. They clearly understood what we needed and delivered on that, converting it into a clear vision. That was really impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some colors they picked weren’t necessarily what I would’ve selected myself. A bit more iteration on the colors and fonts would’ve helped. However, given the budget, I was happy with what we got — it was a minor thing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear expectation of what you want to deliver and where you want to get at the end. We failed a couple of times before with the website, so I saw where we didn’t want to go. That was really helpful because when I described to Metabrand Branding Agency what I wanted to achieve, they played it back to me in a way that I could understand. That, and their skill, was very important to me and led to the success of the project.
