We turned to the Mazu Agency for the production of a high-quality 2-minute promotional video. The initial meeting with Ms. Kira was arranged at short notice and was extremely professional, structured, and creative. During this meeting, all relevant details were coordinated efficiently and easily.

We were then handed over to the project manager, Anna, who took on the project with great commitment and immediately began implementation. The entire project process was characterized by excellent communication – she was always available, responded promptly, and actively consulted on the design details.

The final video significantly exceeded our expectations – both in terms of content and design. The excellent value for money is particularly noteworthy: Despite a limited budget, the Mazu Agency delivered a creative, high-quality result.

If anything, we’d just suggest speeding up revisions a bit and reducing the back-and-forth. That said, we did receive the final product on time, and there were delays on our end with providing feedback too... So more of a wish than a complaint—just to make an already great service even better.
