My goal is to develop a nice looking, good performance AR experience with great animations, and in a tight timeframe.

Marvy create an AR experience based on Zappar AR platform, they develop the animations for the visual asset we shared, and develop the element in AR environment, compile everything to make a smooth, fast AR experience.

The main contact point is the project manager from Marvy, and there are 2 AR developers in their team working on this project

The AR experience really shone and made our client's brand really different from other competitors.

Our client is happy, also the celebrity who unbox the packaging and try on the AR experience are also amazed with the technology and the visual's beauty.

We discuss together all the time on Zalo - a messaging platform.

The project manager is quite responsive but sometimes he's offline and cannot be contacted. But overall the project is well managed and finished well.

Marvy has good pricing, experienced developers and also good consult who gives us many advise/solutions on how to make the product better.

There are some offline time that we cannot contact the project manager, and there are several points in the development that they can make the product more pretty.

- About Image: make sure to meet your image requirements - About Quality: there are still some incompatible smart phone - About Regarding the steps: it is still a bit difficult for the user to perform many steps to be able to use the filter

We talk via Zalo, if there is a problem that needs to be explained more clearly, we talk over the phone. However, the best way to be able to specifically explain the request is offline meeting.

Improve so that all customers can use the product well, because customers attending the event use many different types of phones, so if optimized, it will bring a good experience for users.

I once had a campaign in which our client needed an interesting activity on social media which can not only promote the brand but also convey a meaningful new year message to consumers. That was time when we decided to hire Marvy to help us develop & code an AR Filter on Facebook.

How did you select this vendor?

At first, I did a research on google to find a vendor which offered this type of technology coding service but could not find any result. Then one of my friend suggested to work with Marvy.

To start, I had a quick phone with Marvy to get their advices on the technology and how AR Filter could convey the brand message to consumers. After getting a firm understanding, Marvy began to build the AR Filter; however, during the coding process, there was a problem with Facebook new policy and Marvy did their best to give us solutions as well as trustworthy advices.

I worked directly with the deputy director and an account.

Although there was under tight deadline and the final version was published on Facebook during the weekends, Marvy team was ready to support.

We communicated mainly over email and zalo (for some quick updates). For each version, they asked us for the feedbacks and also gave advices if the requirements were unreasonable.

It would be much better if Marvy could be more proactive in pushing to have our feedbacks asap.

I know them after watch their another project for Rom ( a famous film in Viet Nam ) . Their advanced technology and sincerity got me.

i gave them my song, my idea about the AR artwork. Then they did the model design with animation and sound, with database on their web. Last step we printed the postcard and give them for my fan.
