Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our GoogleAds account was set up by non-marketers and it delivered some leads, but we knew that it was inefficient and not well targeted. Markurate's goal was to improve the targeting and efficiency of our ads so that they delivered a higher proportion of qualified leads. Once they achieved that, their goal was to scale the number of leads delivered while retaining our more efficient posture.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our primary goal was to increase the proportion of our leads from SEM that were qualified and workable, which they achieved within a month or two of starting. They also worked to scale our platform efficiently, and after 6 months of working with them, we're seeing more enterprise leads (our core target) and fewer non-qualified SMB and sole proprieter leads.

Markurate was always timely with deliverables and they were great listeners. We communicated well, and they were able to take my general goals and direction and turn it into action items for their own implementation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Markurate is fantastic at listening to my goals and make sure that they're being responsive when working on my SEM strategy. I didn't need a cookie-cutter "manage my ad spend" project; I needed a partner to help me strategically bend my ad spend away from inefficient clicks and towards high-value ones. They understood the assignment and continually worked to get us closer and closer to our goals. At the end of the project, I was spending less on ads for a higher quantity of sellable leads.
