Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal was to increase sales. We started to cooperate with SEO in 2017. Started from scratch, so in first year in % we had great increasing more than 20 times. But comparing results, I prefer to compare 2018 with current one, and 2022 was better for 10 times than 2018. In 2018 added Google Ads Management Services, after some time added Paid Social.

As, you can see this year will be the seven year of cooperation🙂, so Marketing Link has definitely reached our goals and expectations, and we continue increasing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• In PPC, we have avg ROAS 4.2
• in SEO scale for 5 years of work traffic increased +940% (yes, more than x10 times for 5 year work, and with the same purchase conversion).

We used email + couple chats on Telegram. Team creates task themselves and pushes me when needed some information from me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

100% transparent digital marketing services. Most impressive is transparency. We started in 2016, and Mykola insisted on creating all separate accounts for all projects which we worked. For me, it was little strange, because we worked with couple projects, and all were in Vet sphere, a couple of them were paid from the same LLC. The solution was right, and couple years later I quit from one project leaved all duties to other owners, so we didn't have problems with access.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Marketing Link could have done differently?

Yes, there is one thing. If they can provide SMM content strategy would be great. Because they do awesome Paid Social services, but for posting content I have to ask my managers. Yes, of course my managers better know how to write about Veterinary products. I would like to pay with pleasure also for fourth SMM services for outsourcing this from my in house staff, but Marketing Link don't provide this service at this moment.

I am the CMO of TrackStreet. We monitor what’s happening with a brand across the Internet and delivers actionable market data.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Link, and what were your goals?

We have team in CA, but we had planned to expand to EU market, so desired to hire team on outsourced from Ukraine. Goals were to expand new markets.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started finding PPC team after Ukrainian/Russian war. Planned to hire some medium agency (not big with 50+ employees, and not small as just freelancers). They blog (https://marketing.link/blog/cases/) was the reason why we left request there. Also reviews, we didn't expect to English ones After their quick response and discussing by Nick and Dasha chose them

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

We are IT team, our website https://www.trackstreet.com/ is on WP. But, they found important bugs in on-page SEO, so firstly we repair it. After tuning Analytics (Nick was a very experienced guy, and we implemented all what he advised to) we launch a dozen Google Ads campaigns. They recommended to use different campaign for different country. So for each we had: couple search + display + performance Max. After, we tested Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Not all were profitable. So, now focusing on better ones.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked and working with account manager and Nick was in copy whole time. They give tasks for their marketers and control the whole work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Google Ads campaigns were very successful. We decreased CPL in US for 30% and improved CAC for 20%. For our LTV, it's wonderfully. After 7 month we increased Ad budget 3 times and got 4 times leads and sales. On Google Ads performed better Search and Performance Max campaigns. We tested Facebook CPC and Facebook Leads. On LinkedIn was great LinkedIn Leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had plan for month, also every week they sent report. For last 7 month we have 20 calls and discussed in Google Meet all important values.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're really a client-oriented company. We asked about Linkedin Traffic (they could easy set it), but they recommended advertising in a little other way, with LinkedIn leads. We are happy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Except PPC, Paid Social and SEO they good in CRO. We implemented couple advices and increase conversion.
