I'm a business development manager of a joint-stock company Intercapital Group. We are owners of the Cashterminal brand which is an innovative and dynamically developing company that offers services on the market for accepting payments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Magic Creative?

Magic Creative was recommended to us by one of our partners. We needed a digital marketing and management strategy for some of the channels we didn’t use before – Facebook, Instagram and Google ads. The goal was to increase the number of customers for our new product – Cashterminal Online and e-wallet.

What were your goals for this project?

We have automatic machines for accepting payments in cash throughout the country. But we also developed an online product and e-wallet, which was needed to be promoted among our customers.

How did you select Magic Creative?

We needed to increase the number of our customers to use our new product. In order to reach more customers, we looked for a digital agency that would prepare for us a complete advertising campaign. After our partner recommended Magic Creative and after getting acquainted with their activities, we decided that this is the right company for digital advertising.

We started with market research related to similar online products. Magic Creative has made a complete development for an advertising campaign in all possible channels – Facebook, Instagram, and Google. We created over 20 video ads with their help. The communication between us was very flexible and fast via email, Viber, phone, etc.

What was the team composition?

As a business development manager, I am responsible for communicating with Magic Creative. We have an account manager who takes care of everything related to Cashterminal Online. I also often contacted their designer, as well as the owner of the agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the advertising campaign prepared by Magic Creative, we added many new customers. The traffic to our website has increased many times over and our e-wallet was in the top 20 for downloaded applications for six months for IOS and Android.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account manager and the owner of Magic Creative always answer all our questions in time. We use Viber, email, and telephone calls for communication. The group that we created in Viber was extremely effective. I was impressed by the easy communication with the agency.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Magic Creative is a really very creative, organized, and effective Digital Agency. They did a great job with the advertising of our brand new product, which has huge competition in Bulgaria. We are very happy that choose Magic Creative for our partner because they are professionals and they have achieved every goal we set for them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I did not find any weaknesses in our work with Magic Creative. I am completely satisfied with the service.
