We went through showing our business model and the customer journey we intend to achieve and how we were thinking of creating a marketing execution for it, Lunar helped of improving and optimizing our plans by sharing their expertize in Search Engine Optimization, Omni Channel marketing, and Hyper targeted messaging.

With this we were able to prioritize and target prospect users that will most likely be adapting to this innovation easily since they are digital savvy or digital natives. Once onboarded we then proceed to executing a user stickiness marketing through Customer lifecycle messaging ensuring that we try to influence them to continue using by executing marketing promos and messaging that influences their behavior

Nothing I couldn't think off since along the way they were helpful should there be a need to tweak something.

I’m the CEO and owner of Rein-Commerce BV, an e-commerce company. We’re located in the Netherlands, but we have multiple shops across Europe where we sell different goods, such as clothes, shoes, and gadgets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lunar Strategy?

We run advertising campaigns for products on Facebook and Instagram, and we wanted to expand our advertising to Google. We didn’t have any knowledge, so Lunar Strategy came in.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lunar Strategy created a strategy for Google Ads and optimized everything on our website. In the beginning, they made Google Ads and Analytics accounts. They set everything up so it was properly and smoothly connected and we could track all the data gathered by the advertisements.

After that, we integrated Lunar Strategy’s team into our own because they had to know what we were doing to use that information in the ads. We worked closely together, and they set up all the different campaigns, including branding, Google Shopping, and retargeting campaigns.

Our team created the materials for Facebook and Instagram, and they used those texts for their advertisements as well. As we did them in multiple languages, they also had to recreate and rewrite them so they were fitting for Google.

We had contact with two people. We talked to the owner all the time, and he had another person working with him.

They were good at communicating with us, setting targets, and reaching those targets. They were also very responsible with their work. We didn’t have to tell them what to do, and they came up with ideas themselves. Overall, they were proactive.

We worked together from February–September 2021.

We could track all our data effectively because our accounts were set up correctly. Moreover, we had good results with the advertisements.

How did Lunar Strategy perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was great. Lunar Strategy was very open and transparent. If we wanted to know something, we could easily get in touch with them. They were always available, and when we discussed a plan, they always executed it. We never had to wait on anything.

We had their team on our Slack channel, so most of the communication was through there. If we had to do a video call, we used Zoom, and sometimes we used WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to talk to, and we were able to incorporate them into our team. They communicated really well and were real team players.

There wasn’t anything worth mentioning.

Our blog that had never previously ranked on a single keyword is now ranking on some of our keywords. We have started to receive more traffic from Google that has lead to some leads so far.

They worked using 2 week sprints for the project and added us to one of their Basecamp projects so that we could follow all on-going tasks.

That they worked in the same niche as us at daCode. They worked hard to provide a great job.

Initially we only started with the SEO and only after a few weeks we started with the paid ads. I think we could have started a little earlier with the paid ads once the website was optimized. However this was more of an budget situation.

There were some minor issues on the test runs but the team manages to fix it immediately.

After we decided we would work with Lunar we set up a plan so that we would reach our goals. They were keen to listen to our plans and helped us adjust them for maximum efficiency. They were always very driven and quick to assist with any questions or actions needed to be taken.

I worked closely with the marketing manager at the firm and they worked well with me and my coworkers.

We reached a higher engagement on all social medias and built a community on discord. All in all the engagement and community grew about 60 % faster than projected and even more so than we could have done on our own

We had weekly meetings with the marketing team at our company and the team at Lunar. I also had daily check-ins with the marketing manager and I am very satisfied with the response and proffesionalism at Lunar.

Lunar really committed to our goals. It felt like they were a part of our company, not just some marketing firm we worked with.

Not sure if I have any criticism with our work, some small preferences on which tool to use for communications, but they were very good with adapting to our workflow.
