They designed and implemented a simple-to-use and fast backoffice system that is integrated with different google systems, such as google sso and google forms and also with Revolut payments. We got a mobile app that we use to communicate with our attendants.

We saved a ton of time compared to the previous years when we have not used the software we now had. We also had good feedbacks from our events' attendants about better communication during the registration and also at our events.

They understood our needs very well, their consulting team is really good. Project management was a bit strict but that lead to a timely delivery so we are okay with that. After the MVP went live, they delivered all extra features we asked for.

We defined scope, milestones and delivery times in the beginning of the project. We slightly modified scope during the UX testing phase, but they were fine with it, and provided new timeline. In the end, they finished the project according to the first (shorter) timeline, with which we were really happy, especially having experience with another developer earlier.
