following components:
● Access to the trained AI model/agent via an API.
● Construction of a simple frontend interface connected to the API.
● Development of features enabling users to communicate with their
assigned CX agent.
● Implementation of a simple UI for agent prompting (e.g., chatbot
interface).
● Provision for pre-built prompts or prompt-loading capabilities.
● Creation of a database/solution for context management,
ensuring each client project accesses only the appropriate data.
Additionally, we will share our expertise with the client in building AI agents
and related solutions.

The team at LogiNet International went above and beyond at every possible instance to not only meet the required deliverables, but put all extra efforts in to identify additional requirements during the project and build them to ensure an outstanding final product. 
Even when we had challenges from other vendors failing in parallel work, they still picked up the ball to ensure the whole project was completed to standard.

Hard to write anything here. Maybe slightly more proactive communication of progress style, setting expectations on specific and detailed work timelines etc as the project is moving forwards, but that's my personal preference to be across each detail.

LogiNet is a very professional, methodical yet flexible company when needed, who are very adept at understanding our problem and providing a logical solution that adds value. I really liked how they tried to present it so that we could understand what we were going to get. Their engineers are top notch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new system has evened out the previously uneven freight arrivals. We expected some resistance from suppliers to a system that disrupts the status quo, but the ease of use and benefits were clear to them too, so the roll-out was smooth. Access to the site and site traffic management have been simplified using the mobile application.

Currently, the site is able to produce evenly thanks to the system. The documented loading and unloading, as well as the weighing at entry and exit, has already resolved several disputes. Overall, the system saves us time and money.

They have a strong and, when necessary, strict project management, which has ensured that we have worked together to meet the deadlines. It was very reassuring to know that management was paying close attention to the project.
