LogicCraft worked with me to develop products for clients and my own investments. They played an instrumental role in the greenfield development of a bespoke Receivables Financing portal and a crypto off-ramping platform. On both platforms, security and accounting are critical; they exceeded expectations, allowing me to focus on the roadmap and management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For the bespoke Receivable Financing platform, we transitioned an existing enterprise from a low-code/no-code platform that was hitting its limits to a fully custom platform, enabling the business to continue growing and enjoy a more reliable system.
For the crypto off-ramping platform, we started with nothing and now have a site fully ready to launch; we are just awaiting government approval to operate a business that deals in virtual currencies.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
LogicCraft built and maintains two web platforms for Westfield Innovations:
GetDeepSignals.com (Westfield Wealth Signals) — A subscription newsletter platform with Stripe payment integration, customizable subscription packages, and a content management system that allows me to modify pages and publish without developer involvement.
Azus.ai — An AI assistant platform with custom admin interface, backend architecture for a proprietary memory system (PDM), and ongoing feature development including API endpoints, user authentication, and persistent storage implementation.
Additional deliverables:
Marketing assets and social media graphics
UI/UX design across both platforms
Responsive design for web and mobile
Ongoing maintenance and iterative development based on specs I provide
The team works from Ukraine, communicates with daily reports via Slack, and consistently delivers functional code from technical specifications.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Two fully functional websites launched and operational (GetDeepSignals.com and Azus.ai)
Stripe payment integration live and processing real subscription revenue
Admin dashboard allows non-technical content updates without developer support
UI sync accuracy, consistently hitting 98-100% against design specifications
Backend API endpoints performing at target latency (<50ms response times)
Patent portfolio management system organized and accessible
Iterative feature deployment — new specs delivered weekly, implemented within days
Zero major downtime since launch
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project management is handled through Slack with daily communication. They work Ukraine time, I work Texas time — we make it work. When I send specs, they review them, ask clarifying questions if needed, and get to work.
Turnaround is fast. Most features are implemented within days of specification. When priorities shift — and they shift often — the team adjusts without complaint. They don't need hand-holding; I provide technical specs and they execute.
Roman leads backend and translates complex architecture docs into working code. Max and Yuliia handle UI/UX and deliver clean, functional designs that match what I ask for. Communication is direct, no fluff, no excuses.
What was your primary form of communication with LogicCraft?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They build what I describe. That sounds simple, but it's rare. I hand them dense technical specifications for systems that don't exist anywhere else — proprietary memory architectures, custom AI frameworks, things I'm actively patenting — and they figure out how to make it work without needing me to explain it five times.
No pushback, no "that's not how it's usually done." Just questions to clarify, then execution.
They also don't treat the relationship like a transaction. Their team has taken calls at inconvenient hours. The team iterates until it's right, not just until it's billable. That's hard to find.
Are there any areas for improvement or something LogicCraft could have done differently?
Payment setup was trial and error. I'd recommend they offer a clear, upfront payment method (Payoneer works well) rather than leaving clients to figure out international transfers on their own.
Once the payment method was established, it was a permanent solution.

LogicCraft developed a legal intelligence platform for a legal tech company. They built a RAG-based backend for legal document search and retrieval and created a sophisticated frontend interface.
LogicCraft helped the client move from a proof-of-concept RAG system to a production-ready platform. The client saw improvements in search and retrieval workflows. The team managed the project professionally and understood both the technical and domain-specific aspects of the project.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of LEXRAG, a legal intelligence platform that uses a graph-based engine to map connections between laws and precedents, providing transparent, traceable, and verifiable insights for legal professionals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with LogicCraft?
We needed help building a comprehensive RAG backend infrastructure and an interactive frontend for our web application.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
LogicCraft has handled the end-to-end development of our legal intelligence platform, covering both backend and frontend work. Their scope includes building a RAG-based backend for legal document search and retrieval, developing AI-powered legal advice features, and creating a sophisticated frontend interface for users to interact with the platform. The main deliverables include the RAG architecture, search and retrieval functionality, legal document processing flows, AI response generation logic, frontend dashboards, and user-facing legal advice tools. LogicCraft also helps ensure the platform meets key requirements around search accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance, which allows me to focus more on product strategy and benchmark development.
What is the team composition?
We work with one teammate from LogicCraft.
How did you come to work with LogicCraft?
We found them on Upwork. We chose them because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from June 2025-March 2026.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main measurable outcome is that we’ve moved from a proof-of-concept RAG system to a production-ready legal intelligence platform. This has allowed our research team to run large-scale benchmarking studies, evaluate legal AI performance more consistently, and publish results at high-level conferences.LogicCraft’s work has also helped us maintain strong data security and compliance standards while improving the reliability and accuracy of the platform’s search and retrieval workflows. We’ve measured improvements using a combination of benchmark test sets, manual review, and repeated retrieval checks. For search relevance, we use representative legal queries and compare whether the system returns the most relevant legal documents, passages, or references in the top results. We review the outputs against expected results and legal context to ensure the retrieved information is useful for legal research and advice. For retrieval consistency, we test the same and similar queries across multiple runs to check whether the platform returns stable and reliable results instead of inconsistent or unrelated matches. We also track cases where the system misses relevant documents, returns weak matches, or produces results that require additional manual correction. Moreover, we consider user and researcher feedback, especially from people using the platform for benchmarking and legal AI evaluation. This helps us identify gaps in relevance, edge cases, and areas where the retrieval logic needs improvement.
How did LogicCraft perform from a project management standpoint?
LogicCraft manages the project very professionally. Communication is clear, updates are regular, and they’re good at setting expectations around timelines and technical trade-offs. They deliver the main milestones on time. When requirements evolve, they handle changes well and keep the project moving without losing focus on the core deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What impresses me most is LogicCraft’s ability to understand both the technical and domain-specific sides of the project. They’re not just building generic AI features. They understand the importance of legal context, search accuracy, retrieval quality, compliance, and reliability.Their team is able to take a complex legal AI concept and turn it into a practical platform that our research team can use for benchmarking and evaluation. That combination of strong engineering, AI/RAG expertise, and product thinking is the most unique part of working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, we’re very satisfied with LogicCraft’s work. If I have to mention one area for improvement, it would be having even more detailed documentation earlier in the process, especially around some of the RAG architecture decisions and benchmarking workflows.

LogicCraft has built the entire web application from scratch, including AI image generation and Stripe payment integrations. Key deliverables include an end-to-end Next.js web application with a responsive UI, an AI image generation pipeline using image-to-image diffusion models (Stable Diffusion/ControlNet) for interior restyling, a property listing URL scraper to auto-import photos from real estate listings, Stripe subscription and payment integration (free, pro, and agency tiers), cloud storage architecture for image upload, processing, and delivery, user authentication (email + social OAuth), watermarking logic for free-tier outputs, and white-label sharing functionality for agency users.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from LogicCraft.
How did you come to work with LogicCraft?
We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they had a strong portfolio.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
LogicCraft has delivered a fully functional web product. Key outcomes include a working AI restyling pipeline capable of transforming property interior photos across multiple style presets, an end-to-end Stripe subscription billing operational across all tiers, and a live deployment ready for user onboarding. The URL-scraping workflow for auto-importing listing photos is a standout deliverable that differentiates the product from competitors. We’re in the pre-launch phase, so formal user adoption metrics aren’t available yet. The AI image processing pipeline has been tested successfully across a range of property photo types with consistent style output quality. Stripe billing has been validated end-to-end across all subscription tiers. The application is ready for go-to-market. Approximately 50–100 sample property photos have been processed during testing across a range of room types and lighting conditions. Processing time per image averages around 15–30 seconds. Output consistency and style accuracy have been validated across the full preset library before sign-off.
How did LogicCraft perform from a project management standpoint?
LogicCraft’s project management is excellent. They’re proactive communicators, consistently keeping us updated on progress without needing to be chased. The project has been delivered on time and to spec, which is rare in custom software development. Their structured approach to breaking down the build into clear phases has given us full visibility throughout, and they’re highly responsive whenever feedback or changes are needed. Overall, it’s a very professionally run engagement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stands out most is their ability to take a complex technical brief — AI image generation, payment infrastructure, and a scraping workflow — and deliver a polished, production-ready application without hand-holding. They clearly understand the product vision, not just the technical requirements, which means fewer back-and-forth cycles and better outcomes. For a project of this scope, the combination of technical depth and genuine ownership of the result is impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing significant comes to mind. Overall, the engagement has met our expectations, and we’d have no hesitation working with them again.
