They played an instrumental role in the greenfield development of a bespoke Receivables Financing portal and a crypto off-ramping platform. On both platforms, security and accounting are critical; they exceeded expectations, allowing me to focus on the roadmap and management.

For the bespoke Receivable Financing platform, we transitioned an existing enterprise from a low-code/no-code platform that was hitting its limits to a fully custom platform, enabling the business to continue growing and enjoy a more reliable system. 

For the crypto off-ramping platform, we started with nothing and now have a site fully ready to launch; we are just awaiting government approval to operate a business that deals in virtual currencies.

• Azus.ai — An AI assistant platform with custom admin interface, backend architecture for a proprietary memory system (PDM), and ongoing feature development including API endpoints, user authentication, and persistent storage implementation.

Project management is handled through Slack with daily communication. They work Ukraine time, I work Texas time — we make it work. When I send specs, they review them, ask clarifying questions if needed, and get to work.

Turnaround is fast. Most features are implemented within days of specification. When priorities shift — and they shift often — the team adjusts without complaint. They don't need hand-holding; I provide technical specs and they execute.

Roman leads backend and translates complex architecture docs into working code. Max and Yuliia handle UI/UX and deliver clean, functional designs that match what I ask for. Communication is direct, no fluff, no excuses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They build what I describe. That sounds simple, but it's rare. I hand them dense technical specifications for systems that don't exist anywhere else — proprietary memory architectures, custom AI frameworks, things I'm actively patenting — and they figure out how to make it work without needing me to explain it five times.

No pushback, no "that's not how it's usually done." Just questions to clarify, then execution.

They also don't treat the relationship like a transaction. Their team has taken calls at inconvenient hours. The team iterates until it's right, not just until it's billable. That's hard to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LogicCraft could have done differently?

Payment setup was trial and error. I'd recommend they offer a clear, upfront payment method (Payoneer works well) rather than leaving clients to figure out international transfers on their own. 

Once the payment method was established, it was a permanent solution.

The improved structure and clearer calls to action resulted in higher interaction with key sections such as projects, news, and contact forms.

Second, we saw an increase in direct inquiries and partnership requests submitted through the website. The optimized contact forms and clearer communication flow made it easier for families, volunteers, and partners to reach out. Response handling also became more structured thanks to better backend organization.

Donation-related interactions improved as well. The simplified and secure donation process led to higher completion rates compared to the previous version of the site. The integration of analytics allowed us to track user behavior and identify which content and campaigns generated the most engagement.

From an operational perspective, internal efficiency increased. Our team can now independently manage and update content through the CMS without technical assistance, significantly reducing turnaround time for publishing updates and announcements.
