• Azus.ai — An AI assistant platform with custom admin interface, backend architecture for a proprietary memory system (PDM), and ongoing feature development including API endpoints, user authentication, and persistent storage implementation.

Project management is handled through Slack with daily communication. They work Ukraine time, I work Texas time — we make it work. When I send specs, they review them, ask clarifying questions if needed, and get to work.

Turnaround is fast. Most features are implemented within days of specification. When priorities shift — and they shift often — the team adjusts without complaint. They don't need hand-holding; I provide technical specs and they execute.

Roman leads backend and translates complex architecture docs into working code. Max and Yuliia handle UI/UX and deliver clean, functional designs that match what I ask for. Communication is direct, no fluff, no excuses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They build what I describe. That sounds simple, but it's rare. I hand them dense technical specifications for systems that don't exist anywhere else — proprietary memory architectures, custom AI frameworks, things I'm actively patenting — and they figure out how to make it work without needing me to explain it five times.

No pushback, no "that's not how it's usually done." Just questions to clarify, then execution.

They also don't treat the relationship like a transaction. Their team has taken calls at inconvenient hours. The team iterates until it's right, not just until it's billable. That's hard to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LogicCraft could have done differently?

Payment setup was trial and error. I'd recommend they offer a clear, upfront payment method (Payoneer works well) rather than leaving clients to figure out international transfers on their own. 

Once the payment method was established, it was a permanent solution.

The main measurable outcome is that we’ve moved from a proof-of-concept RAG system to a production-ready legal intelligence platform. This has allowed our research team to run large-scale benchmarking studies, evaluate legal AI performance more consistently, and publish results at high-level conferences.LogicCraft’s work has also helped us maintain strong data security and compliance standards while improving the reliability and accuracy of the platform’s search and retrieval workflows. We’ve measured improvements using a combination of benchmark test sets, manual review, and repeated retrieval checks.For search relevance, we use representative legal queries and compare whether the system returns the most relevant legal documents, passages, or references in the top results. We review the outputs against expected results and legal context to ensure the retrieved information is useful for legal research and advice.For retrieval consistency, we test the same and similar queries across multiple runs to check whether the platform returns stable and reliable results instead of inconsistent or unrelated matches. We also track cases where the system misses relevant documents, returns weak matches, or produces results that require additional manual correction.Moreover, we consider user and researcher feedback, especially from people using the platform for benchmarking and legal AI evaluation. This helps us identify gaps in relevance, edge cases, and areas where the retrieval logic needs improvement.

LogicCraft has delivered a fully functional web product. Key outcomes include a working AI restyling pipeline capable of transforming property interior photos across multiple style presets, an end-to-end Stripe subscription billing operational across all tiers, and a live deployment ready for user onboarding. The URL-scraping workflow for auto-importing listing photos is a standout deliverable that differentiates the product from competitors.We’re in the pre-launch phase, so formal user adoption metrics aren’t available yet. The AI image processing pipeline has been tested successfully across a range of property photo types with consistent style output quality. Stripe billing has been validated end-to-end across all subscription tiers. The application is ready for go-to-market. Approximately 50–100 sample property photos have been processed during testing across a range of room types and lighting conditions. Processing time per image averages around 15–30 seconds. Output consistency and style accuracy have been validated across the full preset library before sign-off.

LogicCraft’s project management is excellent. They’re proactive communicators, consistently keeping us updated on progress without needing to be chased. The project has been delivered on time and to spec, which is rare in custom software development.
