Lloyds Digital developed a complex and unique algorithm of conversion distribution and profit sharing pool formula. The company also created a backend office for our brand partners and influencer partners, delivering a robust reporting system and beautiful graphics as well. Lastly, Lloyds Digital created a website for our project, with which we've been super satisfied as well.

All features that we've requested were deployed - LLoyds Digital made our complex algorithm live, and there was no cutting corners along the way. All additional features were implemented in a timely fashion, and the project was launched.

What's most impressive is the high level of knowledge demonstrated by their development team (I cannot praise Leon highly enough - Leon is a true professional with such a deep knowledge and he went above and beyond to bring our project to life). Furthermore, the communication with Lloyds Digital was incredible - all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion, our requests were fulfilled and we have been kept updated of the development on a steady basis, which proved that Lloyds Digital truly is on top of things when working on your project.

Overall the experience has been 10/10 and there isn't a single thing I can highlight that would need changing.

The project encompassed the creation of a modern, high‑performance website, beginning with a product discovery workshop aimed at understanding customer expectations and defining all functional requirements. The defined key requirements included a clear content structure, a CMS enabling full content, gallery, and pricing management, high loading speed with SEO optimization, a UX tailored for quick browsing, scalability, and seamless integration with BookedIT.
To meet these requirements, lloyds team selected Directus as a flexible CMS and Nuxt 3.0 (Vue.js) as the foundation for a modern, fast, and scalable frontend.

The project demonstrated clear progress and success through several measurable outcomes, including significantly improved website loading speed, increased user engagement, and higher page‑view duration. The new CMS also reduced the time needed for content updates and simplified overall content management. Additionally, improved SEO performance led to greater visibility and organic traffic growth.

We were very satisfied with their project management and personal approach. All agreed‑upon deliverables were completed on time and within the planned deadlines. Thanks to a government financing initiative, we've also had the team introduce a webshop as an additional option. Lloyds Digital has programmed the website, and we've provided the design work to ensure it aligns with our vision.

The team has rebuilt the website almost from scratch, around 95%. The website's core functionality was to be a representative idea of our company and look better than our competitors. Lloyds Digital has aimed for the site to be a representative picture of our business for potential B2B businesses, similar to a digital portfolio.

Lloyds Digital is also responsible for our site's hosting and maintenance.

We wanted to have a mobile app which will serve primarily for ferry ticket purchase, but with additional values like information of all routes, live ship positions, ticket selling and info points, current weather and traffic situation, data about destination ports etc...

Lloyds Digital lead us through the project from whiteboard to testing stage and then to the first live version. There were two steps - first version was published with just a basic function (electronic ticket selling), and later we published second version where all additional live data (positions, weather, traffic...) were integrated in the app.

I don't know the exact scope of their resources used internally, all was coordinated through just couple of persons. We mostly spoke with Project manager who coordinated development and kept all under her control.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As we - TP Line (ferry company) - just started commercial business this year, we do not have numbers to compare. What I can say is that ticket purchase through the App exceeded our expectation. The application was straightforward and easy to use.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lloyds digital?

Our first conference needed an identity and a logo and Lloyds provided that - and much more. They offered us support in everything design-related that one event needs. From social media templates, web design, and animated web banners to prepress for the T-shirts and award sculptures.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Lloyds Digital is a known agency in Croatia so they were recommended to us by a few associates. They were an immediate fit - not only because of their experts but also because they organize a conference themselves. Their experience was very valuable since they could come up with solutions that were a true fit for an event.

After an initial meeting where I explained the vision of the event and went through a questionnaire with the designer, they set up a mood board based on that meeting and all of the other information I sent. After that, we went through the mood board and I delivered the feedback for it.

The next step was a design proposal - logo, and visual identity, followed by mockups. The proposal was approved and the designer made different designs and templates - landing page design, social media templates, web banners, accreditations, T-shirts…

Our conference gained a representative look across all platforms - on the web, in the social media, in the media, in-person…

I was working with the Graphic Designer directly and we had frequent updates. Since event management can be very dynamic, I had to change some of the requests frequently and we were always aligned. I was very happy with the communication and responses from the whole Lloyds digital team.

Their work ethic, their communication, and their understanding of the problems and challenges event management can bring. And the fact that they nailed the design proposal in one attempt.
