The Lember Team has developed a perfect ERP according to our requirements. It has helped us to modify and optimize our eternal management and internal reporting simpler. Now our staff spends less time to plan, organize, and report their tasks. Before, we had been using a standard ERP taken from the Internet using the basic version of it. Our management team decided to move forward with the internal management system, so we chose to build our custom ERP that will help to optimize and automatize our work. Implementation of the new system allowed us to reach our goals quickly!

The goal of the project was to create an ERP that will optimize the work of our middle and lower-level managers. Our company has several departments in my company, and now these departments can easily share their tasks. The corporate management team spends less time monitoring/checking work efficiency, reports, etc.

First of all, we shared all our requirements with Lember and put the deadline for them as we had an exact date when we had to start using ERP in our company. Lember team began work with specifications and then proceeded with dividing the project into milestones. We decided to avoid MVP and asked them to develop the product from scratch till the end. They started the work from wireframes creation, and then we proceeded with the design stage. Then markup developer and backend developer worked simultaneously to minimize the time and to complete the project faster as we asked them. Once all the features were implemented, and it seemed the work was done, they started testing the ERP with their QA engineers, and after that, we got a perfect result. Now they support our ERP, and we plan to collaborate with Lember in the future because these guys are professionals.
