I am the CEO of Luli Bebé and we hired Galletti Advertising to help us with our Social Media ads. We have been in business in about 5 years and we decided about 2 years ago to start doing paid ads and we were very lucky to find the guys at Galletti Advertising.

We wanted to grow and have a great Rois on Facebook and Google ads.

They reached out to us and gave amazing details and examples of their work and they sounded very trustworthy and honest and that’s how we decided to give them a try.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had a few discovery meetings and after that they would always create beautiful ads, give us a lot of advice on how to better our website and the kind of content that would work the best for the best paid ads.

What was the team composition?

We would mainly work with Paulo and Leo and they are both amazing!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen a 40% increase in sales within a few months after starting to work with the guys, they were amazing at communication and they work is outstanding.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We would have weekly meetings or whenever we had a question we would get the answers right away. The communication is excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their honesty, integrity, willingness to help, and knowledge in the industry are all impressive.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Definitely not. We are very happy with their work

I’m a manager at a company that sells leather goods.

What challenge were you trying to address with Galletti Advertising?

We needed help with online marketing on social media and Google Ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Galletti Advertising has helped us create and run advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Their team set up our profiles in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We provided them with content, including images and text, and they were in charge of building the campaigns based on that material. They also chose the demographics and countries to advertise in based on our business information. We're taking a break from advertising in January because it’s usually a slow time for sales, but Galletti Advertising will start our new campaigns next month.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Paulo (Founder).

How did you come to work with Galletti Advertising?

We got emails from several companies with proposals for our advertising, and Galletti Advertising’s included a personalized video with advice to improve our situation. Paulo recorded himself screen-sharing and told us all the improvements he could make for us. Their proposal was a personal and customized experience that interested us, and when we called them, we felt in very good hands — that’s how our collaboration started.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re super happy with Galletti Advertising’s work, which has helped us increase our sales. When their team has advertised in a specific country, our online sales in that country have increased, so there’s a clear correlation with their work. We also had a call with Facebook that confirmed the team was doing a good job with our Facebook Ads campaign; it was running smoothly and perfectly. Overall, the online marketing campaigns Galletti Advertising has created for us have worked very well — it’s been an amazing collaboration.

How did Galletti Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very smooth. We generally communicate through Slack, though we also use email. We’ve had a deadline for every part of the project, and they’ve delivered on time. 

Galletti Advertising is very transparent, too. They showed me the behind-the-scenes of our ad campaigns through a Zoom call so that if I ever wanted to create one myself, I could. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I find their drive and passion impressive. Galletti Advertising’s team is also very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Collaborating with them has been a great experience and an incredible journey.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see anything they need to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would really recommend them! Galletti Advertising is on top of our campaigns, which is good to have with a partner.

We received a very interesting email from them approaching important pain points of our business and suggesting a call.

They worked precisely first on auditing our past marketing efforts and exposing points that needed to be fixed and improved. Besides creating a whole new plan and set for better advertising through social media (mostly Facebook ads). After, they worked on our user experience and made many different changes for increasing the conversion flow on our site. Finally, they worked on a mix of strategies for marketing campaigns that we could align with email marketing, social media, and our e-commerce altogether.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with Paulo who demonstrated strong analytical experience (definitely a person who studies the topics) and great communication skills (easy flowing of conversation and understanding).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've had an explosion in conversions, especially during Black Friday, due to the strategies suggested and implemented by them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We've had meetings once a week and also kept a few communications through email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Preciseness. You realize that they are good and focused on what they do. Also the easy communication with words and flexibility for understanding.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not that I can add at this moment.
