Cenaptic builds unit-level discovery infrastructure that turns every apartment into a discoverable product with its own video, data profile, dedicated page and discovery feeds, making each unit findable from dozens of dimensions the industry has never captured, replacing the building-level model the entire industry was built on.

We tasked Launch Studio to build a B2B website with a primary landing page designed to challenge the multifamily industry and present our product, along with a use case with a singular page, content hub with a master template for future content and an additional educational page.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project moved at a steady cadence of weekly check-ins, design revisions, and page updates, and was delivered on time.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was built directly inside Figma, which made the entire workflow feel seamless. Designs were completed and shared through email updates, while feedback lived as comments within the design files themselves. As comments were resolved, new ones would surface, and the project naturally progressed through that cycle of revision and resolution.

The result was a project management style that stayed tightly focused on the work itself. There was no disconnect between the conversation and the design. The back-and-forth between commenting, resolving, and iterating felt intuitive and easy to follow. Everything was delivered on time, and their response to requests, comments, or changes was fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Launch Studio went above and beyond at every level. This was not a simple design project. It required genuine immersion into an industry they had no prior exposure to, and they embraced that from the start. We began by commissioning research, which Launch Studio conducted thoroughly. From there, we provided a significant amount of material about our product, the multifamily industry, the specific problems we had identified, and how we believed our platform could solve them. They absorbed all of it. They didn't treat it as background reading. They internalized the context and let it shape the design work from the ground up. When the first designs came back, they had taken our branding, our product vision, and the research, and built something that already felt directionally right, even without having every detail finalized. From that foundation, every iteration and revision made the product stronger. The feedback loop between our team and theirs was tight, and each round of changes reflected not just responsiveness but a deepening understanding of what we were building and why. By the end, what they delivered was not simply what we had requested. It exceeded what we thought this project was going to become. The final product went beyond fulfilling a brief. It elevated the way we see our own company and what we are about to bring to market. We are preparing to launch into an industry that we believe is ready for disruption, and Launch Studio is going to be a part of that story.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Launch Studio could have done differently?

I don't think Launch Studio needs any improvements in and of itself. Designing a website is always a process and they thrived in executing the process. Solid group with a bright future.
