• Platform Architecture & Bot Development: Kreeda Lab designed the end-to-end architecture for the Kavach-Bot, ensuring scalability, multi-language support, and seamless integration with backend systems.
• Customized Knowledge Base Creation: They collaborated with NeuroNex Tech to develop a rich, domain-specific knowledge base. This included detailed product information, industry-specific regulations, and FAQs to support comprehensive insurance product personalized recommendations and customer queries.
• AI Fine-Tuning & Prompt Engineering: Kreeda Lab fine-tuned the bot’s AI model, implementing prompt engineering techniques to optimize the accuracy and relevance of responses. Kreeda was very present during the whole period of analysis and development. We had a daily very brief meeting (15 minutes) to make a check and to be sure nothing was slowing the project. We also had weekly meetings with the whole team to make demonstrations. The team was alway available of sharing propositions and to adapt the project to our needs.
