I’m the TA manager at TAE Technologies. We develop commercial fusion power solutions and related innovations in clean energy, power management, and energy storage, aiming to deliver sustainable, environmentally friendly energy for global markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with KORE1?

We needed help sourcing and pipelining hard-to-find candidates that fit our culture as well as possessing niche skillset.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KORE1 helped us with several software- and hardware-related searches for candidates with key skills. The team evaluated the candidates' technical requirements and soft skills to fit into different work cultures and teams to fill a void my teams were seeking.

How did you come to work with KORE1?

I have worked with KORE1 on previous engagements. When I joined TAE, there were already on the vendor list as other clients referred KORE1 to us. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from January–December 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

KORE1's weekly submittals and interviews scheduled showed progress and success. The team submitted fewer candidates but more actionable ones we wanted to engage with. For example, if they submitted three candidates, we wanted to interview two of them.

How did KORE1 perform from a project management standpoint?

KORE1 delivered on time. They did a thorough amount of work at initial intake meetings before sourcing, allowed everyone to get up to speed early on in the process. We had in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KORE1's knowledge of the market and their database of candidates were impressive.

There was nothing they needed to improve.

Their dedication to the work. You can tell they are very experienced and understand relationships. To get a great hire, there is a lot more that goes into the process then people realize.
