Our engagement began with a discovery phase, learning about our business, industry, competitors, and current metrics. Then we performed keyword research and prioritized an initial list to get started.

From there, they optimized the website and existing content while working closely with our content team to plan, prioritize and optimize new content relevant for SEO. They joined our content syncs and were integral to building our SEO presence.

Every quarter we refresh the keyword list and map bigger projects. A good example was a glossary we implemented following their recommendation, which became a huge asset.

They assigned an account manager; he is the main point-of-interaction, a true professional who became an integral part of our team. We also leverage one of their writers, primarily for generic industry content. The owner joins monthly syncs and is available when needed.

Since we started working with KeyScouts, our SEO results have improved dramatically. We rank on the top 10 for most keywords we target and usually higher (top 3 or the top result). In addition, our ranking distribution vs competitors improved significantly. Our website traffic is steadily growing, and overall we have increased our traffic by over 300%.

They quickly respond over email and use our project management tool (Monday). In addition, their team attends relevant recurring meetings.

Not really. The only thing I can think of is to push us even harder to prioritize the important projects for SEO that require work from our end.

They have also streamlined and optimized performance of our PPC campaigns.

How did you select Keyscouts and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to an industry colleague who had great success with KeyScouts and referred them to us. Our thorough analysis included interviewing three of the firm's clients to understand their successes, challenges and level of customer service and availability. The deciding factor that convinced us KeyScouts was the firm wanted to hire was their unique strategy and approach that focused on improving traffic quality, not simply quantity.

In the initial stage, we identified buying personas and discussed the buyer's journeys that are unique to each of the five products and solutions we prioritize for our digital marketing strategy. Then we matched keywords and phrases to the campaigns for each of those audiences. Key deliverables of the PPC and SEO campaigns included increasing quality of traffic to the product pages, improving lead quality, and conducting biweekly meetings to evaluate campaigns and adjust strategies based on competitive rankings and other KPIs.

Our SEO strategy has ranked us on the first page of many competitive keywords and the quality of organic and paid leads has improved. KeyScouts has also been instrumental in creating content to supplement our internal resources, and have done an amazing job. Our cost-per-quality lead has improved as well. Their focus on campaigns with higher conversion strategies has increased our ROI.
