One big project was around a leadership program we were launching for mid-career professionals and KARTS DESIGN helped shape the whole look and feel of it and also supported us with messaging and creative for a targeted email series and social campaign that actually connected with the right audience

They also helped us clean up and sharpen our voice so everything from the site to the workshop decks to podcast graphics all felt like us

They’re not just creatives they think big picture and strategy too which was huge for us

We saw a big jump in site engagement more traffic more time spent on the pages and we got good feedback from clients and new leads about how clear and professional everything felt

We keep track of things like email open rates and click throughs and those definitely improved after working with them plus social engagement went up and we had one of our best enrollment periods for the program they helped us launch.

We gave them a pretty detailed breakdown of what we needed. shared brand strategy docs, market research, who our competitors were, all that. They handled our logo refresh, color palette, typography, and then built out templates for decks, reports, and marketing posts. we asked for specific stuff for channels like LinkedIn and YouTube too. They pulled it all together in a brand kit and gave us editable templates so our team could use them right away. saved us a ton of time.

Their response time was great. anytime we had feedback or edits they were on it fast.The designs were solid right out of the gate. Didn’t need rounds and rounds of rework. our client decks look better, our brand feels a lot tighter across platforms, and the internal team finally has one place to pull from instead of just winging it.

First off they didn’t rush into designs or mockups. they spent a lot of time listening to us and asking questions. i could tell they wanted to get it right before jumping into anything visual. we had a bunch of talks about who we’re for what problems we solve and how people were misunderstanding us

they came back with a super clear brand doc that helped us lock in our voice and explain what makes us different. after that they helped clean up our brand look too, logo tweaks updated colors fonts layouts and just made it all feel way more professional and trustworthy. they also started helping us rewrite some of our old stuff so it lines up with the new brand

People finally get what we do. investors clients even new hires, it’s easier to explain now and people are connecting with it. our team is more confident talking about the product and we’re not spending as much time fixing slides or rewording things. also their stuff looks great.

They took the time to really get what we do. they asked us a bunch of questions and didn’t just jump in with ideas before learning. They put together this brand doc that basically summed up who we are and how we should talk about ourselves. Tt was super helpful.

Then they worked on our logo our visual style and created brand guidelines we could actually use. They cleaned up the way we show up everywhere and made it feel more modern and clear. Now they’re helping us redo our pitch decks and a few older materials to match the new look

Right now we don’t have numbers to show but internally people love the new direction. our team feels way more confident sharing stuff and it all just feels more on brand now. even our clients are noticing. the response so far has been great

KART DESIGN came in and really took the time to understand our business. we had a few deep dives with their team where we just talked through how our company works, who we help, and what’s been missing in our message. they asked good questions. they also talked to some folks on our team and even a couple of our customers which was smart.

From there they came back with a full plan timelines, pricing, deliverables all clear. they worked on messaging, helped us figure out how to talk to different audiences, and cleaned up our visual stuff too. they made things like a brand guide, messaging docs, and even helped with names for new service areas. We also had them refresh our business cards and client materials. it felt custom, not cookie cutter.

We don’t have hard numbers but honestly, our team just feels more aligned. we all finally sound like we’re working off the same script when talking to clients or giving a pitch. We chose them based on referrals from our mutual friends. Their designs are amazing, so after seeing their portfolio we had no doubt that they were the right choice.

In our first meetings, we talked about our needs and goals. Then we agreed on the style of the projects that suits us and what our audience might like. Then we received preliminary designs and moodboards, chose the best ones and started to work. Later, of course, there were corrections, improvements, etc. With Karts Design, we worked on many different projects - the work stages were usually similar to those described above.

They built the entire visual identity and all necessary graphic and marketing elements, and most importantly the website. They enabled us to start our business and created a basis for a successful company.

Communication is great, we exchange the right amount of information, we know everything we need, and on the other hand there are no unnecessary meetings where we learn nothing.

I'm impressed with the amazing quality of the designs, especially considering the fairly affordable prices.

At the beginning it was a bit difficult to find the right style and design for the whole identity, but this problem was solved quite quickly and the work went on smoothly and efficiently.

We’ve worked with them on a few different projects now. Started with branding and web stuff. They built out a clean look for sapphire that matched how we talk about our AI work. They helped design the main site and a few internal platforms too. They also made custom templates for our decks and reports, did print stuff like folders and promo kits, and even some explainer visuals for our tech. Before they even designed anything they did deep dives with our team, really tried to get how we think and work. We always felt like they were part of the team.

Honestly, the difference is night and day, our website looks legit now. Everything’s sharper. People finally “get” what we do when they land on our site or see our deck. Our partners and investors noticed too. it’s helped us tell our story better and opened some doors that felt hard before.

They’re super organized. always show up with a plan and stick to it. Honestly just having a solid brand guide was huge. made it way easier for our team to create content that looks clean and on-brand. we rolled it out on the site, socials, people noticed right away. fans and partners said it looked more sharp and polished.

We got stuff done way faster too cause we weren’t guessing about what font or color to use. Everything’s spelled out now. they also hit every deadline which helped keep things moving. We’ve already talked about working with them again on other stuff. they were great.

Our social media and advertising started to perform significantly better, after implementing designs from Karts Design. Social media posts now have almost twice as many interactions. Ad conversions have increased by around 25%.
