At Janan Care, we faced a significant challenge with our internal reporting system. Our staff was dedicating extensive time to manually creating repetitive reports, which led to both time inefficiency and potential inconsistencies. We identified this as a major operational challenge and sought a solution. The implementation of a new custom tool, powered by artificial intelligence This automation has significantly reduced the time our team spends on report generation while ensuring consistent documentation across our operations. The new system efficiently handles our various report types while maintaining the high accuracy we require as a healthcare provider.

80% reduction in time spent creating reports.

I met Kia during an online networking meeting.  When I heard Kia speak to introduce himself, my initial impression was that Kia was very confident, clear of his vision and very articulate.  I immediately organised a “get to know call”.   When I met Kia I was even more impressed with his absolute professionalism.

During our initial meeting I expressed some challenges in my dietitian business, that I was seeking an AI solution for.  Together with his team, we decided to collaborate on a new initiative and produce a new software. 

I found working with Kia and his team, like-minded and entrepreneurial  individuals, very enjoyable.  Even though our needs assessment did not highlight enough of a need to build this new software, the journey of working together was very productive.  I found Kia and his team very organised, easy to work with and always met our agreed time line of submitting completing tasks.

I would highly recommend Kia and his team to meet your AI and technical needs and I look forward to collaborating together on future projects together.

A needs assessment (online questionnare) of the allied health comunnity was developed and used to assess the needs of the community.  Based on this data the project is currently on hold, due to not large enough data collected represent the needs of the community.

Yes they did deliver everything on time with absolute professionalsm.

Quality and accuracy of knwoldedge in the AI and automation world.  Kamexa had the ability to completely tailor the automation needs to the individual's needs.

No need for any improvement.  Infact other companies would need to meet the professionalism and quality of Kamexa.
