What challenge were you trying to address with JPP Technology Services LLC?
We had hired someone to help build my website in the past, which did not turn out pretty well. That person was always slow to respond, and it took him around nine months just to build a simple website. Moreover, the site had some issues that needed to be fixed, and it ended up getting shut down by our hosting provider due to non-payment. Hence, we decided to hire someone else to get our site back up.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
JPP Technology Services LLC helped us get our website running again. After that, they implemented the edits we wanted and showed us how to edit the site on our own. For instance, they helped us add client testimonials to our site, which was something we couldn’t do before.
Currently, their team continues to work with us, providing monthly maintenance and hosting support. They also help us with our digital market efforts, mainly for SEO and social media marketing. For the latter, they make creative assets for our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. They do community management as well.

I’m the owner of a company that supplies products to hotels, like paper products and cleaners.

My old website was in Magento and had bugs, so I needed JPP to develop a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
JPP has built our entire website from scratch and also provides maintenance services. For the website, JPP’s team is writing blogs and a weekly newsletter highlighting our products — that newsletter is sent to our customers.
They’re also handling our marketing and advertising, including SEO and PPC ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. They’re helping identify new customers. They also run our email marketing. No matter what I need them to do, they’ll take care of it for me.
What is the team composition?
There is a large team, but I only talk to two teammates.

We’ve invested around $10,000 in all the services JPP has provided.

We started working together in August 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I get a regular progress report from JPP that highlights our traffic and email open and conversion rates. From those, I can see that we’re getting a lot of visitors to our site, many of whom are becoming new customers.
How did JPP perform from a project management standpoint?
JPP delivers within the budget I give them. Outside of emails, we communicate through a WhatsApp group. I also sign off on the newsletters JPP’s team writes via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their quality of work is great, as is their response rate. Unlike companies we’ve worked with, JPP responds to our messages right away whenever we want to add something new or make a change. They implement updates within an hour.
JPP also won’t ask us for extra money if we need to make changes or add something new. Other companies have tried to get more money out of us when changes need to be made, but JPP never even asks. They’re behind us 100%.
Are there any areas they could improve?
JPP delivers excellent products, and we plan to continue working with them on the ads.
