Our new brand, which includes a new logo, brand identity, brand rules, and business culture (vision, purpose, values, and behaviors), was developed with assistance from John Luke Studio. In order to inform the creative process, John Luke Studio conducted a comprehensive discovery approach that included surveys, data collection, competitive analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and interviews with both internal and external stakeholders. 

The methods used by John Luke Studio gave us the information we needed to create a brand that would appeal to our communities, clients, and coworkers. They conducted executive-level interviews with decision-makers and senior leaders from both our clients and our internal leaders. Subsequently, they conducted competition analysis and broad industry market research to ascertain our position in the market.

They then conducted a very thorough investigation and gave our executive and leadership team their findings. They also gave us their advice on a few alternative architecture models and brand positioning strategies that we might use. 

To go over the results and our alternatives, they gathered us together. They achieved this by facilitating a cross-functional conversation that helped us agree on our brand architecture and message.

After that, they created our customized messaging to go along with our brand architecture. They created a brand platform that included our key taglines and personality qualities.

We were really focused on creating the brand strategy and were interested in hearing the agency's viewpoint on this. The rebrand needed to connect with our staff and a market that was changing quickly in order to be effective. We aimed to go beyond the bounds of plausibility. We were unable to abandon our staff members. The agency conducted internal employee interviews, competitive audits, brand reviews, external interviews, and internal workshops with our own global team of brand and marketing professionals.

During the courses they led, JLS pushed us and forced us to face legacy thinking when it would periodically raise its musty head. Even though we had to make adjustments to some of the plan to make sure the branding struck a careful balance between our current identity and our future goals, their knowledge and unbiased viewpoint were quite helpful to us.
