I'm the CEO and Founder of La Fabrica Grupo Randazzo. We buy and sell used cars, and we also offer car maintenance services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Iterafy?

We were developing an app and we wanted to allow car retailers to get their cars and be able to sell them at really low prices. We had an app but the UX was quite bad and slow. Since it wasn’t that good, we had some complaints, and that’s the reason why we hired Iterafy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told Iterafy my idea and what I wanted to achieve, and the team listened to my proposal. Then, they developed the app from scratch and it’s available on both iOS and Android devices. Iterafy is now maintaining our app.

We work with a designer and a product manager.

How did you come to work with Iterafy?

I know Iterafy’s CEO personally and the work that he did. When my family and I decided on this project, we talked to him. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our app looked really old, and with the team’s help, it has become intuitive and fast. Overall, our end users are happy with the app.

How did Iterafy perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed really well. We have daily and weekly meetings, and we constantly communicate with them. We also keep in touch through phone calls and we meet personally. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They used Agile development when they built the app. We’ve been impressed with their willingness to listen to our recommendations. The team is also knowledgeable and they make us feel like we’re part of the process. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There aren’t any areas they can improve. At first, it was quite difficult for us to be on the same path, but after the first month of our project ended, it started to be seamless. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Iterafy is a great company to work with. We haven’t had any problems with them and they’re always present when we face challenges.

We needed someone to develop our website and manage our social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Iterafy was in charge of the design and development of our website. They used WordPress. We’ve finished the first release of the website.

Since they worked really well, we decided to use them for the creation and management of our social media accounts as well. Right now, we’re launching a new building in our city. They’re managing our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Our idea was to create a profile where we present all of our history and values. They continue to work on our social media accounts.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with the project manager. There’s a designer, a social media manager, a community manager, and a WordPress specialist.

How did you come to work with Iterafy?

We approached them because of their capability and pricing. What really stood out about them is their willingness to take a project from scratch and implement it. They were the best fit for our project.

We have invested between $3,000–$5,000.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everybody likes the website, and we’re very pleased with their work. They completed everything in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend them to other companies.

They had a good understanding of what I was looking for. The team is very dedicated to the project. They explained to us how the digital world works. 

How did Iterafy perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a great project manager. I’m pleased with the project management. We organized a weekly call where the entirety of the project team was present to review the project and discuss all the design elements and the implications and the development. The team is really responsive and willing to help us. They work in a dynamic way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very happy with them. They understand our needs. They’re super clear with their ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve. I hope they can continue to grow and hire more talent.

If you need a website or management of your social media accounts, it’s a real pleasure to work with them. You won’t have any problems with them.

I am the CMO of Pinta Libre, a subscription service from beer. Our mobile app allows users to get one free beer per day. I am in charge of everything from communication to developing the product.

What challenge were you trying to address with Iterafy?

As a startup, we didn’t have a marketing team in-house, and we were looking for help rebranding our product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Iterafy provided branding, messaging, and marketing services for us. Their team helped revamp our brand. Their team also helped define our messaging and designed the UI/UX of our app to match the new branding. They then went on to help with social media and email marketing, automating our communications. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager from Iterafy, who was our main point of contact. We also worked with a social media manager, a community manager, a performance manager, two designers, and a UI/UX designer. 

How did you come to work with Iterafy?

We knew the director of Iterafy, so when we started looking for companies to work with, we reached out to him directly. After discussing our needs, we came to an agreement really fast. We knew we could trust him, so it was an easy decision.

We invested about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Iterafy began in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We knew what we wanted our brand to look like, and they made our vision a reality. Our brand has a more clear voice and personality, which was very important to us. The app is also well-designed. Additionally, the new automation of our email and social media communications has been instrumental in helping our company grow. 

How did Iterafy perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams worked really closely together. We had weekly meetings with our project manager. Iterafy kept us updated about what they were working on and were not afraid to ask if they needed anything from us. We’re really happy about how well we worked together. They felt like part of our team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Iterafy cares about their clients. They really want us to succeed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything is great. After a year of working together, we have everything worked out. We did take a while to get started because they really invested in understanding our business, but it was worth it.

I would recommend working with Iterafy. Have everything documented as clearly as possible so you have it ready for them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Iterafy?

To design two of our beer labels and the logo of our brand.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since my partner entreprenuer of the company worked in other company that have the same chief of iterafy.  We decided to do it with them since he knew of the great work of the group of people working there.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Design the beer labels.

1. We made a summary of our brand describing its personality and giving a main idea of ​​what we wanted to represent with it.
2. We represented all the possible ideas of our labels in a power point, showing concrete examples of other beers and then we exposed it to iterafy to explain what we wanted to achieve with the labels.
3. iterafy captured the ideas we were looking for and gave us a first sketch.
4. We continued working by holding meetings where, on the one hand, we gave feedback to iterafy and, on the other, they told us their assessments to arrive at the best result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the labels and design were very attractive to external people who saw them. I got a lot of feedback from people who really wanted to buy our beer even if they hadn't tried it before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was effective. After the first meeting, we communicated by mail and scheduled meetings in case there were doubts on either side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their willingness to deliver a result that addresses pending issues and meets our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe for another time they could try doing a real printing of the label to see if any improvement is needed.
