The app's design and development proposal was based on the market and user research they conducted through interviews at the beginning of the project. They created the app's flows, user personas, and user journeys using Figma, and built the UI/UX. 

We made the decision to proceed with them on the app's development once they finished the design stage. IT Services India collaborated with our technical team to create the Android app with Kotling and the iOS app with Swift.

IT Services India fulfilled my needs, and our teams collaborated flawlessly. Early on, we were able to observe what they was working on by gaining access to their GitHub repositories. Our engineering teams collaborated well and were a cohesive one.

They finished the project by the expected date and stayed on budget. They used monday.com for project management, and our team had access to it, although we didn’t use it. I could check what they were working on monday.com, but we predominantly used Slack.
