 We redesigned and built a new website from start to finish. First, we looked at the old site and saw it was confusing and not very clear. Then we made a better structure so people can find things easily.

After that, we created a simple and clean design, so everything looks modern and easy to read. We also made sure the services are explained clearly.

Then the developer built the site on WordPress. Now it works well on all devices, and we can easily edit the content ourselves.

In the end, we got a new design, a working website, and a simple system to manage content.

We had a poorly designed website on Joomla and were looking for a contractor who could fully address our website-related issues. Based on a recommendation, we started working with Volodymyr. Over a short period (summer 2018), he migrated the site to WordPress, allowing us to begin adding content. He also helped set up multilingual functionality.

Throughout the years, we’ve gone through several redesigns with him, and he has proven to be a reliable professional. We regularly add new features to the website, showcase our activities, and adjust our approaches to presenting results. Additionally, our organization frequently consults with Volodymyr on implementing our ideas. He prepares prototypes and designs layouts for us. Most importantly, we highly value the technical support he has provided us throughout all these years.

The final revisions took longer than expected, but I’m happy with the result. It’s hard to fully grasp how a website will function just from the Figma design. After approving the design, I wanted to adjust some details once the website was built. Maybe it’s just my perfectionism. I’m not sure how this can be improved—perhaps by creating interactive prototypes in Figma (if that’s even possible)—but it could reduce the number of revisions in our next project.

I showed my competitors to the team, and we selected the best solutions from them. From one competitor, we took the site structure, and from another, the content for the homepage. The team prepared three design options for me and also creatively incorporated my character, which was drawn by another graphic team. I really liked the last option, and it became the basis for the entire website design.

After all the approvals and revisions, they took about a month to write the code. I purchased hosting and a domain, and they transferred the project. After that, I reviewed the work, received access to the admin panel from them, and began filling in the content.

My marketer praised the team for the excellent structure. I really liked the design and believe that we stand out favorably from our competitors' websites. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe.

They involved two designers to create a range of stylistic options for the homepage. I really miss having someone dedicated to content creation. Right now, I can't fully develop the website because I need to write content for the new pages myself. It would be fantastic if they offered such a service in the future.

Two weeks later, we purchased the domain, and they launched the project. We asked them to have all inquiries sent to a shared Telegram chat, which is very convenient for the manager’s workflow.

After creating the design with another team, we began looking for a company that could develop the website based on our mockups. The owner of our company had previously worked with this company for an online store and recommended them as potential contractors. We had a call to discuss the tasks.

They requested animation references from the designers to review the code used in other projects and provide an estimate. After that, we had Google Meet meetings for each page, made design revisions, provided references, and they started coding. In three months, we completed all the pages and launched the project.

We provided many revisions for the animations. Often, we had to speed up the process or abandon some animations altogether. What looks perfect in your imagination can often encounter issues when you try to implement it, requiring either more time to work out the details or simplification. I don't think this is a problem, but I didn’t expect that animating would be quite challenging and require more effort than I anticipated.

We haven’t tracked specific metrics yet because the demo game hasn’t been integrated into the site. This is planned for next month, and at this stage, we’re simply satisfied with the result. The website meets my expectations and is ready for further development.
