Ella Rose maui is an e commerce platform with a variety of specialized services from styling to personal shopping even custom design work. As the founder I’m an award winning fashion designer and expert in my field I love to help clients find there visual inspiration and identity to branding their image and create a unique personalized style!
In addition we’re dedicated to raising awareness for mental health for our youth and ending the stigma Killing to many children! As an Oxford high school graduate in Michigan I’m also a kidnap hostage survivor from collage so it’s our hope to use our platform for a greater purpose to give back as well!

As we are a small business my business partner and I the team has been working with me on the best way to develop my site I have a dedicated project manager and team that are specialists in all areas of my business to help guide me on how to proceed. They are helping me get published as well as social media and branding everything I can ask for they have been extremely supportive helpful and knowledgeable in all areas with expertise in the specific various fields of need.
There customer support is second to none and as I’m not tech savvy they are teaching me in the areas I need to know and how to use as well as strategies to be the most successful from seo, platform and social media marketing strategies.
You name it their helping we haven’t gotten to all areas as it’s a large scope helping me find affiliate partnerships and working with me huge on my financial restrictions allowing me to b sight right building site that’s able to handle the business goals but insure it’s not limited to get the best success! I’m always able to reach them and they are the kindest customer support that’s always happy and cater to my time change. I don’t know all the terminology yet so trying to say what’s needed.
I just am so excited to see more there work captured my personality and brand personality and did it perfectly! They know the proper sequence for creating this large project taking it step by step to not overwhelm me and teaching me more each time we speak! I wouldn’t want to ever use another after working with them and I’m trying to share as much as I can not respect the process there using and trust 100%.
From finding sources for merchandise helping me get storage and customers service fulfillment is handed by the company for us and there making it fun but so educational as well! Love love love this company!

It’s surpassed any and all expectations project’s complete sooner then expected and always were much more then I dreamed! Phone calls, text and any way to communicate is easy and priority they go above and beyond I can’t be happier to work with them as I have a dedicated project manager and experts to guide me on all areas of my business I will never use another after finding the best!
Ther knowledge advice and guidance flexibility and overall appreciation for me and always so polite make it even better the cherry on top of a perfect fit to say the least professional, interested in knowing me and my vision was outstanding

Definitely there ability to genuinely get to know my brand vision as well. They executed each project with the most care and attention to detail while really caring and encouraging me to share my past work and about me as a personal level because I’m a personal brand! It’s a company that can somehow top the last project just has no end!
For them to want to know me was important so they could creat it to match my vision sometimes I never would have expected it to be or chosen but was spot on every time was blown away it’s like they knew me better then me sometimes almost unbelievable but can’t deny amazing work with the genuine customer support encouragement and anything I could ask for!
Are there any areas for improvement or something Inventive Web Studios could have done differently?
Probably the 1st time I don’t know how to mess with perfection and that’s been my experience they go above and beyond in all areas clients are so important and work is perfect quick and painless

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a full-service fashion consulting e-commerce platform offering personal shopping, custom design work, styling, and other similar services. Our goal is to tailor our services to our client’s needs. I want this consulting business to be a one-stop shop for women, especially female entrepreneurs, to help them build confidence and create a unique and branded style.
Additionally, we want to raise awareness about mental health and trauma. I’m a two-time kidnap hostage survivor, and I’m from Michigan, where a school shooting happened about a year ago. Several areas of my life have been affected on a deep level by those situations, so I want to use my business to step up and talk about it.

My biggest challenge for this project has been my website. I had been trying to complete it for the last 3–5 years, but I never got a website done well, completed, functional, or optimized. Therefore, I hired Inventive Web Studios to help me out.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Inventive Web Studios is developing a complete PHP platform for my business. Thus far, they’ve designed its layout, including all the elements I wanted on it. Additionally, their team has guided me along the way on the best way to build the platform so that it can handle a lot of traffic and doesn’t fail on special days like Black Friday.
When Inventive Web Studios joined, I already had the company name. However, they’ve also helped me with branding, including defining the colors for my site and designing my logo.
In addition to that, Inventive Web Studios has been helping me with app development, SEO, and content creation. They’ve even helped me get my domain name. Basically, they’ve helped me with all my digital needs.
Initially, Inventive Web Studios looked at my web presence and provided me with expert advice about the brand. They also asked for all the reviews I had received from different clients and examples from my portfolio. I provided them with everything I could so that they could get to know who I was, which was very important.
I won an award for a blog I wrote sharing my story. Therefore, Inventive Web Studios has also read my blog and my story to see why it is so important to me to give back to the community and create awareness. Moreover, they’ve also offered to help me get published and write more.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to Inventive Web Studios, I already have a great layout on my site that has everything I imagined and wanted on it. As for the branding, I absolutely love the colors they picked. Although my business partner and I have completely different tastes, we both agreed that the branding should represent me. She has told me that Inventive Web Studios has hit the nail right on the head at making the branding convey me and my personality.
Although I don’t have metrics because the site isn’t live yet, everything Inventive Web Studios has done — such as the logo, branding, website layout, and prototypes — has surpassed my expectations. I really enjoy having all these digital services under one roof.
Their team has created eye-catching designs to differentiate our business from other sites. For example, they’re currently working on an interactive, fresh, and lovely logo that spins and moves to catch attention.
In addition to that, Inventive Web Studios has helped me save money. Initially, my site was on Shopify, but I mentioned that I didn’t want to stay there because it was really expensive. Their team was more than happy to work with me on whatever platform I wanted, and they eventually helped me take the site off of Shopify.
How did Inventive Web Studios perform from a project management standpoint?
Inventive Web Studios does project management right. I’m in contact with multiple members of their team every day. Still, they’re always on the same page, so I don’t have to repeat myself. We mostly communicate via phone — I can call or text them at any time. I don’t like using email, so they message me whenever there’s something I need to look at, which is very considerate of them. Moreover, they use Microsoft (MS) Teams internally.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Inventive Web Studios’ customer service is second to none. They care about their clients in a very genuine way, which sets them apart from their competitors. Moreover, they’re humble and very knowledgeable, and they take the time to listen to us and accommodate what we want to do. Their team doesn’t try to cut corners because they want to do things right for us, which is essential for our business to work right.
On top of that, Inventive Web Studios has been very thoughtful about my story. They’ve gone above and beyond in understanding who I am, and they’re always very genuine. For example, I knew that the project would be expensive based on the research I had done previously. However, they’ve provided me with everything I need for a fraction of the cost I had seen in the market.
Initially, I wanted to explore Bitcoin, but I didn’t know anything about it. Thus, they spent hours on the phone with me, explaining how I could access it and what was and wasn’t a scam. That consulting session was out of their scope, so I greatly appreciated what they did.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing Inventive Web Studios could do better because they’re already surpassing all my expectations.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t waste time and get in touch with them. You won’t find a better and more genuine team of people to execute exactly what you have in mind.
