We were looking for a company who could take our idea and turn it to reality. We needed a platform for university graduates to be able to come and easily verify and tokenize their educational credentials.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just wrapped up our build sprints with Interexy and are already receiving healthy traction. Universities have a demand and immyoutable is supplying a quality product.

Interexy did really well with planning for a project with a lot of uncertainty. Some sprints took additional days, but they never under-delivered on those sprints. The task was always completed. Along the process we changed, edited, and even eliminated features. They are very familiar with how to handle ever changing startups.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The first thought that comes to mind is how Interexy can bring any idea to fruition. No task was too complex or challenging for their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Interexy could have done differently?

If you are a bootstrapped startup, I suggest adding in extra budgeting for app development. It is not something that is specifically Interexy's fault, but we did go over budget. App development comes at a hefty price tag, so be ready to pay a premium.

I work at Crate.io as a lead engineer for one of the company’s three products. My role involves leading the technical team for this product.

We needed more development power on our mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Interexy provides us with staff augmentation. They’ve provided a mobile app developer who has integrated with our internal development team. The developer has inherited the codebase from our existing mobile app and developed more features. They work with React Native for the framework and also use GraphQL and REST APIs. 

More recently, Interexy has also provided a UI/UX designer. We’ve given them guidelines for how we need them to work and our expectations. They work with Figma. 

What is the team composition?

I mostly work with three teammates: a mobile app developer, a UI/UX designer, and an account manager. Additionally, someone from Interexy’s higher management is involved, though we only interact with them if necessary. 

How did you come to work with Interexy?

When I joined the team, we already had an ongoing collaboration with Interexy, so I wasn’t involved in the early steps of the engagement. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €6,000 (approximately $6,400 USD) per month when we only had the developer, and we’ve spent €9,000–€10,000 (approximately $9,700–$11,000 USD) per month since we onboarded the UI/UX designer. In total, we’ve spent €60,000–€70,000 (approximately $64,000–$75,000 USD) with Interexy. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with the mobile app developer in May 2022 and with the UI/UX designer in November 2022. Our engagement with Interexy is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Interexy's resources are tightly integrated with our team, and they've had a very good impact. The developer has worked very well with us; he's very responsive and communicative and quickly got up to speed. Moreover, he's capable from a technical perspective. Our internal developers work remotely, and when we planned a social event, they asked if the Interexy developer could join us because they feel he's part of the team. 

As for UI/UX design, our interface has a visual difference, though Interexy's impact isn't easy to quantify. Still, I was surprised by how quickly they could provide a good candidate matching our specialized needs. The onboarding process was very smooth, with support from their side. 

Since I took over the collaboration with Interexy, their communication and support have been great, especially from the account manager. We planned this engagement as a temporary setup, but the experience has been so good that we've extended our partnership. I'd be happy to seek further help from Interexy in the future. 

How did Interexy perform from a project management standpoint?

The account manager's support is excellent; she's always finding ways to improve and consistently identifies any issues. She's also very open to feedback, making problem-solving easy for me. The developer works with our Scrum team and joins daily meetings. We use Azure DevOps with the team, which is our project management tool. 

For official requests, we use email. Once Interexy teammates are integrated with the internal team, most communication happens through Slack or Zoom meetings. Additionally, I have regular sync meetings with the account manager via Zoom to exchange feedback about the resources and solve any issues. Through these calls, Interexy proposed the UI/UX designer. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Interexy's communication skills, the quality of their resources, and their cost-effectiveness. When we needed a UI/UX designer, I looked at other options and found much higher rates than the ones Interexy has provided. They give us excellent service at a very competitive price. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their level of English communication could be better. However, this has never been a significant issue.

Hurry up and go for Interexy — it's a no-brainer!

I’m the CEO of Anatomia. We’re a mobile application for patients suffering from mild to moderate depression. We treat them with physical activity, lessons, and follow-up calls. Overall, we measure their well-being and physical capacity.

What challenge were you trying to address with Interexy?

We needed help with mobile application development and UX/UI design services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Interexy developed our mobile application, its UI, and its admin panel. We started with the preparation stage, which included several hours to set up our goals and the product development program. They had many questions during this stage; we drew our thoughts in Miro and showed them the boards. Then, we moved on to sprints; there were four sprints in total. 

The app was an onboarding system for patients. Users could onboard the program by logging in with their Swedish bank IDs to verify the patient. Then, users answered questions, including age, name, and gender. Additionally, there was a health questionnaire with nine questions that ranged from sleep and physical activity to concentration ability and lust for life.

Patients would be assigned to a physiotherapist, who would guide them through the program. They’d start with a physical training program, but the physiotherapist would also follow up daily through messages and follow-up calls on the first, sixth, and tenth weeks.

We worked with seven people, including front- and backend developers, QA people, business analysts, and project managers.

We worked on the project from September–November 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Interexy has fixed some significant bugs and made the app stable. The application is out in the App Store and Google Play Store. We’ve tested with real patients and gotten a lot of feedback about the onboarding process and changes we could make, but the feedback has been good overall.

How did Interexy perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was clear. The project manager kept us updated with the budget and development. We faced some obstacles on the way, especially with the bank integration, which increased the cost and delayed the product a bit. However, it was a smooth process and a good collaboration overall.

We mainly communicated through Slack and video meetings, but we also used Confluence and Jira for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stood out for their communication and project management skills. They kept deadlines and stayed within the budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The bank ID integration was challenging. We’d never done it, but it was especially well-suited for healthcare providers like us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d definitely recommend them. However, if you integrate the bank ID, maybe consider using an external expert.

I am the Co-founder of MetaMine a centralized digital platform for various AR/VR/XR/MetaVerse technology with a focus on expression through ownership and interoperability.

They have a diverse array of staff from the US and abroad with varying degrees of specialties. They are able to guide us not only through the technical but also through design and documentation. They expertise in project management via the PO is enjoyable, timely and purposeful. We enjoy working with them each day.

After 3 months we completed all front end work. After 6 months we will have all backend done, be able to render 3D files in AR and ERC, and scan objects using phone lidar.

Their designers took our project to a whole new level from the concepts we provided. In addition, they've made everything easy to understand and kept the project on track and on time. We could not be happier with their services.

I think overall all projects face challenges that need to be solved and the challenges that come up are often no ones faults it all about how the team responds to these challenges and the innovation and creative thinking that goes into solving said problem.

We hired Interexy to develop our web3 NFT marketplace. We wanted a seamless UX and easy to use platform that anyone could use, even without any crypto knowledge.

We searched online for web3 developers. We selected Interexy because they were the most knowledgeable in the space, and provided us with real life case studies.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. Our first milestone was to fix our existing technology that a different developer started. The Interexy team quickly diagnosed our existing tech and smart contract, and made the necessary changes and upgrades. The next step was to integrate our wallet provider, Venly and decide on a credit card processing partner. The Interexy developers joined us on exploratory calls with potential partners and provided great insight and ultimately helped us make an informed decision. Finally, the made sure to go through all of the proper testing to make sure our marketplace was working correctly and at scale.

Our developer went above and beyond and delivered exactly what we wanted.

We had weekly touchpoints where we would discuss project updates, upcoming milestones and overall goals and expectations. We'd communicate via slack on a daily basis. The Interexy team was always very responsive.

Our team is not technical. The Interexy team took the necessary time to explain to us what was needed and served as a trusted advisor in addition to great technical work.

Our project manager was incredible; they delivered everything on schedule and budget, which is the best metric for our agency. Regarding tools, they led a seamless process using Jira and Slack.

Their consistency and the care they put into clients' relations are outstanding. Also, they put great quality in their work — they're a meticulous team in QA, which is great.

Since they have many agents based abroad, they could be more self-aware of the location-specific standards of every region regarding dates or number formatting and everything along those lines.

If you communicate your expectations thoroughly and check in constantly with them, you'll be happy with the results.

We decided on Interexy for a few reason. Their project managers are punctual and have great communication. The engineers are reliable and are experienced in developing MVPs with modern technology.

Interexy's communication and flexibility are impressive. Along the way there were changes made by our team and Interexy was always flexible to accommodate them. Also despite not being in the same time zone, we had regular meetings and stayed closely aligned through the project.

Once approved they then moved into development and thus far have managed to remain on time and in budget with the IOS and Android developments.

Their mobile app development skills were the best I've seen. This was my first app project so the project manager made sure to keep me informed weekly and involved throughout the entire process. I love their flexibility and their willingness to take my idea and develop it. They are extremely professional and their communication skills were amazing. I knew the entire process everything that was going on with my app.
