We needed an app that could provide personalized mental health support in real time. Most existing apps had a fixed script and could not understand and adjust to what a person was actually saying. The project involved establishing secure, standards-based connectivity between the RPM platform and Epic using SMART on FHIR protocols, enabling the real-time retrieval and write-back of patient data, including demographics, vital signs, medications, and care plans, while ensuring strict adherence to HL7 FHIR interoperability standards. Idea Usher developed a HIPAA-compliant web and mobile platform capable of integrating with IoT-enabled medical devices for continuous patient monitoring and delivering provider dashboards with real-time health trend visualization. 
The engagement also included the integration of AI-powered analytics, featuring algorithms for early disease detection, anomaly detection in vitals, patient risk stratification, NLP-driven insights from clinical notes, and adherence prediction to enable personalized, proactive interventions. Robust security measures, including OAuth 2.0 authentication, OpenID Connect, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2, were implemented to safeguard patient data. It includes all the essential modules, customers can order at the table using QR codes, waiters can take orders through an app, kitchens get real-time updates, and managers have their own dashboard to keep track of everything, like tables, bills, and promotions.

What really made a difference was the AI features Intellivon added. Things like auto-generating reports, predicting kitchen workload, and helping staff manage rush hours without getting overwhelmed. It reduced manual tasks and helped teams stay focused on service instead of tracking details.
