Intelligaia helped us design the DocuSign Tableau Template. Along with that, helped in laying out or Executive dashboards including Finance for our CFO as well as an Executive dashboard for the CEO. They helped us standardize the look and feel for any new Tableau dashboards. Also, helped in interviewing Sales & Product users to come up with a strategy for Tableau at Enterprise level.

Yes. The team did an exceptional job in delivering all the requirements on time. He was proactive in doing all the research and understanding the user. Everyone who worked with him was very impressed by his dedication and level of thought process he applied in every ask. His presence in San Francisco office made it very easy for us to collaborate and talk through ideas. He is very easy to work with and provides a different point of view which was enlightening.

We had one issue with one of the offshore consultants but Rajiv took action as soon as we gave feedback. No suggestions for now.

The Intelligaia team helped us revamp an existing product to adopt a new design system and improve the user experience. Throughput each quarter, they've helped us evaluate the existing experience and translate it into a new exoerience that's easier to understand and use. We really appreciate the team's dedication as they've worked through some really aggressive timelines to help us meet our deadlines

We demoed an earlier version of the new experience at a conference and the new UX really resonated with our audience. This gave us the confidence that we were moving in the right direction, and we were finally able to bring the new experience to market this quarter.

The team has accommodated a lot of last-minute requests and taken feedback very well. I am pleased with the amount of work they've been able to deliver each quarter.

The team takes feedback very well, and very often provides multiple versions of designs so we can decide what makes most sense for our product.

From leadership to the project team members, they were great to work with. Being able to meet face to face, particularly in the beginning, was a bonus, though not necessary to the success of the project. We had a limited budget, a potentially large scope, and a lack of clear vision of where to focus our limited resources. They were willing to dive in, and we collaborated effectively to produce what we needed.

Nothing I can bring to mind. What comes to mind are all things that we, as the client, might have done differently.

The project required defining Customer 360 and seller 360 user experience for the entire race track (Configure, Quote, Order, Consume, Renew). For Sellers it gave them full landscape of managing their customer account and for customers it gave them full insight into their Enterprise agreements for consumption, management and renewal. They key idea was make buying friction less.

Although hard to quantify due to lack of data before Intelligaia, we were able to run a lot of A/B experiments which helped us choose the better alternatives for our website pages.
