By far the largest contribution was in augmenting the existing development team both during the pandemic and later being trusted to become a fundamental part of the development activities forming an independant Scrum Team to (occasionally specify) and deliver multiple feature releases.

A cultural shift in Product, Engineering and Design practices towards better planning and greater collaboration.
Education of key individual contributors and the empowerment of DevOps.
Ability to seamlessly fill deep operational holes at very short notice.
The successful, on-time delivery of many features - more often than not using ambigoius or lightly specified requirements and limited support given the enourmity of the built, the tough timelines and early on, in a time of the pandemic where central resource knowledge was depleated. Also taking on-board the ownership and incentive to drive features to user satisfaction with at times little to no guidance.

Integrella was highly open, collaborative, and invested in our success.
Like any out-sourcing project, there are always going to be technical and cultural challenges which we were always able to overcome with regular open communication and creating a culture of the out-source team being just "The Team".
Deliverables were always timely - some challenges arose on both sides due to lack of knowledge which was quickly addressed by Integrella and the appropriate level of challenge was in-place from their side.
In-terms of providing the needed resources for multiple-request, they were always in the main able to provide us with highly capable resources. The key is the speed in which they were able to do this, and always with a cultural fit and the professionlism to quickly integrate.
