InsideOut supports TopCashback by managing and amplifying our brand presence across media channels - traditional print, online publications, radio, television, social media and OOH. Their role is to increase awareness, build credibility and position us as a trusted savings expert in the Australian market.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have achieved plenty of media coverage including mentions in online publications, as well as mentions through spokespeople found and nurtured by InsideOut on live TV and podcasts. Last month we edged our closest competitor in media impressions which is a significant step forward. InsideOut have also managed OOH and radio advertising which increased brand awareness.

InsideOut is very professional in their project management, including timely reporting of results and updates. They are also very amenable to our ideas and input.

I find the friendliness of the team, as well as their flexibility and fantastic nurturing of brand spokespeople most valuable and impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something InsideOut Public Relations could have done differently?

While we appreciated the effort, the creative for the OOH project didn’t align as closely with our expectations as we’d hoped.

I’m the managing director of Go! Kidz. We manufacture a range of healthy, frozen, convenient, ready-to-heat meals for children.

What challenge were you trying to address with InsideOut Public Relations?

We needed a partner to manage our social content and feed. We also wanted to reach out to influencers to try out and review our products. Our goal was to get more brand recognition in the marketplace through supermarkets and our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InsideOut Public Relations creates weekly social posts. They’ve briefed journalists, publishers, and television channels about their written content. We initially provided them with a brief describing how we wanted to amplify our brand in the trade and consumer media, particularly with moms.

We’re mainly in contact with the senior team and the founder. They're the head of social and influencers.

I searched on Google for PR agencies and reached out to them. They were one of the first ones to respond.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement around April 2022, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure success in the quality of the social posts, their content, and how our audience engages with it. In general, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in engagement. People look at our posts and click on them. Most importantly, their efforts have resulted in an overall increase in sales.

Additionally, they’ve produced a couple of good television pieces to showcase our business.

How did InsideOut Public Relations perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management and communication are excellent. They’re clear, prompt, and good at follow-up. We mainly communicate through WhatsApp, text, email, phone calls, Zoom, and face-to-face.

What did you find most impressive about them?

InsideOut Public Relations has delivered all elements of our brief. They’ve represented our brand really well. They’re also very professional with journalists and publishers.

I am the director of BusiSoft AV and Addicted To Audio. We import, distribute and retail home and portable audio products to the people of Australia and New Zealand.

For what projects/services did your company hire InsideOut Public Relations, and what were your goals?

We needed to get our message out to regular people and empower them with knowledge and the experience of what HiRes Audio can offer and how music can improve your life. In addition, we need these clients to understand there are Luxury audio products available, that not only sound great, they look good and in many cases are hand crafted.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several companies and found that InsideOut PR understood are requirements are were able to engage with the target audience and deliver the message to achieve our desired results.

We first spoke on the telephone to gain an understanding or each company. THis was followed by a meeting with the director of InsideOut PR which lead to further discussions and after a few months of undertaking due diligence, we chose InsideOut PR and have been extremely happy with their results over the past few years.

We have worked with 3-4 from the team, including the director and the Senior PR agent, along with 1-2 others in the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our events have been a great success and continue to set the benchmark across all types of industries. We have also had great success with prime time television and having our products and experience centres mentioned in many high end publications and websites.

They work is a casual but professional manner, always ensuring we have cross checked everything to be in complete control of the event or media opportunity.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Nicole the director personally met with me and she understood that at the end of the day, sales is the ultimate ROI, not jus warm and fuzzy good feelings.
