Our consulting IT practice required a full-fledged online rebranding in a bid to access mid-market customers and enhance quality of leads. Our current web content, social media presence, and HubSpot CRM setup were audited by the agency in depth. What I found to be the most impressive and unique with Inbox Army is that they were motivated, well-informed, and inquisitive and were committed to our success. And not them telling us what to do but confidently showing us the way whether it was the layout of the email or the plan involved around a launch. The strategic account director and the project manager were highly responsive and they professionally and non-aggressively pushed us continuously to become better and offer a high quality, fresh look and feel, and usability to our emails, the creative director was putting his heart and soul into it and the rest of the team were equally fantastic.
I would strongly refer to this email marketing agency due to their remarkable capability to bring our email marketing strategies, design and measurements to the next level, deliver professionalism in meetings and provide the best results on a regular basis.
Are there any areas for improvement or something INSIDEA could have done differently?
The only thing that I can think of is to offer an alternative to the usage of the google Docs in the upload of the images and contents,
