Our consulting IT practice required a full-fledged online rebranding in a bid to access mid-market customers and enhance quality of leads. Our current web content, social media presence, and HubSpot CRM setup were audited by the agency in depth. 
They served up a multi-faceted roadmap: a redesign of our web site to be search engine-optimized with service-based keywords, a LinkedIn content strategy with thought-leadership articles, an intensified PPC program targeting the query of IT strategy consultants, and a prospect nurturing automation process through our sales cycle.  
Other deliverables were a new CMS using content templates, a collection of whitepapers, and a single-page HubSpot workflow outlining the lead flow security through initial contact until proposal.

The reduction in our bounce rate as a web site decreased after launch reading, and our length of stay went up. In the first month, LinkedIn lead generation was up, whereas demo requests are up too.

The new HubSpot automation reduced our lead qualification average of 7 days to 3 days, which increased deal close by 18%. The client acquisition cost has been reduced and it has allowed us to shift budget to high impact consulting works.

The project management at the INSIDEA was of high quality. They adopted a lean system in which they had sprint reviews such that every piece of content (and landing page) was reviewed by both our marketing and business development team before being rolled out.

They have presented a clear chart which was updated in real-time and in case of any changes, e.g., urgent necessity to pivot the PPC keyword list, the changes were addressed during the one sprint without any postponements.

These expectations and anticipations resulted into smooth and predictable communication and behavior among them, as they kept timelines and happened to be proactive in this process

Their specific power strong aspect is that they effortlessly combine HubSpot with our bespoke internal applications. It also integrated marketing intent with sales intent by constructing a bespoke API connector between HubSpot and their Salesforce-calculated data warehouse to provide a single view of their prospects.

The integration has provided our sales team the capability to monitor content interaction of a prospect and modify how they target that person- a feat no other agency provided to us.

Our supplier required a digital transformation to be able to respond to the rising needs of contractors and retail remodelers. INSIDEA initiated a complete overhaul: a full-scale optimization audit (SEO), a Google shopping campaign of high profit products, an Instagram and Facebook retargeting campaign, and a HubSpot workflow, to transform visitors to the product page to qualified sales leads.  
The outputs were as follows; Updated product catalogue on the website New ad creatives in carousel formats Automated email feeding, and a HubSpot dashboard to monitor inventory levels as well as lead interaction.

The most noticeable was that they combined both the real-time inventory data and the marketing automation. They would have the ability to send a personalized email to a prospect at an opportune moment indicating that the product was available by integrating our ERP system with HubSpot. This synchronization brought about elimination of over-promising inventory, alleviation of cart abandonment and enhanced confidence with the customers.

Our SaaS enterprise was looking to grow the number of users and minimize the churn. The agency created a comprehensive growth engine: SEO on a keyword of cloud-based project management, LinkedIn and Twitter retargeting funnel, Google Ads account with a buyer intent strategy, and an account with HubSpot drip flow, leading several steps to a paid subscription. 
Services provided were a redesigned landing page concept, a set of lead-generator whitepapers, a lead-mining Chrome extension, and a complete lifecycle of email.

Following the launch, our numbers of free trial sign-ups had grown by 48, and our paid plans conversion rate had grown to 8.7 percent in four months. The churn was reduced by 12�codec waves as the nurture flow continued to engage the users. The LinkedIn retargeting advertisements delivered an average cost of acquisition of 27-36 per cent lower than the previous. All in all, the campaign added another 3.2 million ARR the following year

They had a combination of transparency and agility in their project management. They conducted a kickoff workshop, put up a roadmap that was clear and put up a dashboard that monitored KPIs in real-time. Landing page and email sequence were tested on each improvement, and the results were distributed immediately.

They shifted the budgets towards the best performing channel only in response to analytics that revealed a decline of ad performance in 72 hours. Our sensitivity to changing needs was met by the team and thus the project remained within the schedule and budget.

What I found to be the most impressive and unique with Inbox Army is that they were motivated, well-informed, and inquisitive and were committed to our success. And not them telling us what to do but confidently showing us the way whether it was the layout of the email or the plan involved around a launch. The strategic account director and the project manager were highly responsive and they professionally and non-aggressively pushed us continuously to become better and offer a high quality, fresh look and feel, and usability to our emails, the creative director was putting his heart and soul into it and the rest of the team were equally fantastic.
