These included a deliverability audit to see if our emails were ending up in users' spam folders, a warm-up to address domain health issues, and a relaunch of our email campaigns using the deliverability and domain components that had been updated. Email integration was completed, allowing for real-time logging of outreach, tracking open and click rates, and documenting advisor engagement. Within the first week, several follow-up conversations were initiated with advisors who had not yet voted, demonstrating improved visibility and responsiveness. Additionally, the cold email process was streamlined, saving multiple hours per week that were previously spent on manual outreach, and setting a foundation for scalable campaigns in the future. The CRM structure now supports team collaboration and efficient lead tracking, significantly enhancing our ability to prioritize high-value relationships and increase voting participation across custodial platforms.
