Proactive Recommendations: While they were incredibly responsive to our needs and questions, there may have been opportunities to push us a little more on best practices or to suggest additional features we hadn’t yet considered. A few more proactive ideas on how we could fully optimise HubSpot beyond our initial scope would have added extra value.
