Our company had enlisted the digital marketing company to remodel the complete inbound funnel of our B2B wholesale site. The project was initiated as a result of a tiresome audit of our current site, landing pages, and the configuration of our HubSpot CRM. 
Their multi-channel plan combined industrial query search engine optimization, PPC commercial architects, and email promotion cycle that formed prospects throughout the sale cycle. In the first quarter, the organic traffic on our product pages increased by 38%, the list of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) increased also. Some satisfactory changes also occurs in our PPC cost per lead . Most importantly, our sales team has claimed that the sales had an increased with the new lead nurturing workflow having translated into a great ROI in our quarterly revenue.

There was a clear and transparent workflow maintained in the team. They also arranged weekly status calls, had a shared Trello board on which tasks were to be done, and achieved every milestone earlier than expected, such as landing pages appeared two weeks before the scheduled go-live date, and even the PPC campaign was operational a week before the scheduled go-live date.

On the occasion when we asked them to pivot in their keyword focus to reflect a new trend in the industry, they re-prioritized the sprint and got the fresh assets before us within 48 hrs. They responded to and proactively communicated to transform what would otherwise be a friction-prone project into a perfect collaboration.

Email integration was completed, allowing for real-time logging of outreach, tracking open and click rates, and documenting advisor engagement. Within the first week, several follow-up conversations were initiated with advisors who had not yet voted, demonstrating improved visibility and responsiveness. Additionally, the cold email process was streamlined, saving multiple hours per week that were previously spent on manual outreach, and setting a foundation for scalable campaigns in the future. The CRM structure now supports team collaboration and efficient lead tracking, significantly enhancing our ability to prioritize high-value relationships and increase voting participation across custodial platforms.
