I’m the CEO of LBO, a company specialized in agrobusiness and financial services, leader in the Argentine market for 20 years now.

We needed an expert development team to move from our legacy method based on manual data entry and manual transactions to a fully-integrated agro business platform in order to provide information in real time to our internal and external customers. We've been working with Inisoft for 3 years now and we've projected to continue working together.

I reached out to my peers internally and externally for recommendations, and Inisoft Global was on the list of recommended vendors. CTO and myself looked at 3 vendors, and identified Inisoft Global as the best one. They had shown excellent performance developing products for one of the main players in the Argentine stock market and that gave us the necessary confidence to make the decision. Great team to work with!

Inisoft provided the roles of Product Owner, Business Analyst, Software Architect, DevOps, Data Analyst, Full Stack Engineers and Front End Engineers. Inisoft had a central participation in the design and development of our platform. They understood the needs together with our management team and our internal and external clients. After making the initial definitions and establishing priorities, we defined a new architecture based on cloud and microservices. From a technological point of view, we took advantage of the microservices architecture to choose the best technology for each process. The team decided to use NodeJS, Python, and Golang in the backend and Angular in the front end. Additionally, we used a DevOps stack that included Infra as code using Terraform, Kubernetes as orchestration tools for managing containers and CI/CD. Also we implemented ElasticSearch + Prometheus, Kibana (ELK) and Grafana as monitoring stack.

They got to know our needs and presented candidates for our team within 4 days. We interviewed each of them and evaluated their technical skills and problem solving skills. We gave our feedback and started working with Inisoft’s developers 15 days after our first request.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Working under an agile methodology, Inisoft team developed the MVP, which was deployed to production within 4 months and that has augmented the number of our trades by 400%. After this first stage, all our operating indicators improved. We increased our client base by 150%, we optimized the speed of our operations with the market by 350% and we achieved a traceability of operations that we did not previously have. This allowed us to generate new performance policies for our teams, creating operational KPIs. It basically changed our entire work workflow and internal culture.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Awesome. We didn’t notice the difference between both teams. In fact, we had daily meetings with the Inisoft team and they were always open to working overtime if needed to meet deadlines. They were really committed to our project as if it were theirs. The Inisoft team is our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was a great experience in general but if I had to highlight some of their strengths I would highlight the seniority of their team, the speed with which they built the team, and the low turnover of their people.

We were looking for software developers via different platforms but then we ran into the idea of team augmentation, which includes the assessment of the appropriate tech stack based on our needs. We did our research and they showed up along with other options. However, we felt they understood much better our needs and the result we were looking for.

We needed a website in which the customer wanted to see a lot of animations and complex integrations. Said integration required a very specific level of expertise in order to function properly and comply with certain technical requirements. The project is still in progress.

First, we discussed what we needed to have on the website. Within 72 hours, the company presented us with 4 candidates. We moved on to the interviewing process and after that, we took on the onboarding stage. Once the onboarding process was over we started working on the project.

With their support, we were able to find the right talent to start the project and carry it out at the right pace. The process has been seamless so far.

Some of the things that impressed us are the level of expertise of the talent and the quick pace, not just to find the right candidates but to offer guidance to tackle any issues that might show up within the development process. Their assessment throughout the process has made it much easier than just having to figure things out on our own.

We were facing a very difficult moment since our events scaled up to 10K attendees and we weren’t able to have neither secure access nor reliable information for management. That’s why we decided to turn our legacy management system into a technological one to allow us to have better workflows for sales, administration and marketing. Inisoft Global developed a tech solution, exceeding our expectations.

We’ve reached them out because of a recommendation of a trusted businessman of our network that had already worked with them in the past and had a good experience both with the team and the product. Of course, we analyzed other 2 vendors but they didn’t show much experience in cloud integrations as Inisoft.

First of all, we started with an MVP aimed to replace the operational processes. As it was done in 2 months, faster than expected, we could iterate until we had an MMP to manage the multiple vendors and products we marketed. We simplified everything by creating a super dynamic digital ticketing system. With this done, we were able to start using the product commercially and begin to incorporate hundreds of users. Basically, it’s a technological solution based on a microservices architecture built on top of AWS. Nowadays, Inisoft Global continues doing the evolution and adding new features each week

During the development of the MVP and the MMP, Inisoft worked with team of 7 people that included:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

**Our money loss from incorrectly paid commissions and duplicate entries has been eliminated and our marketing campaigns are more efficient as we know exactly who our audience is.** Also, as our promotional period only lasts a week, it became crucial for our marketers to count with this platform to meet the goal of increasing the number of attendees by 30% and handling multiples and simultaneous massive events.

They’ve always had a fluid communication with us. We had at least 3 meetings per week during the first month of work and then a weekly update till the launch of the MMP. Apart from that, we chat almost everyday with the PO and that made our work really fast because we never lost a day of work when we had a new requirement or feature to be added. They were able to meet delivery dates during MPV and MMP and are currently adding new features and giving us support every week with our new events and are always on time with our requirements. They use Slack, Notion and e-mail to communicate and it is really effective for us.

What I found most impressive about Inisoft Global is their capability to keep it simple. They always prioritize the functionality and scalability of the product and that helped us a lot narrow down and order our requirements since, as we are not experts in technology, we need not only development but also advice.
