The scope of work involved the comprehensive media execution of a campaign for a mutual client, in collaboration with a creative agency. Our role was to translate their creative concepts into an effective media strategy. We were responsible for selecting, planning, and managing a multi-channel media mix, which included various display formats, contextual advertising, and programmatic video. This also extended to implementing a remarketing campaign to re-engage interested users. When one tactic reached the limits of its potential, they quickly implemented another — always backing it up with data, never changing it just for the sake of change.
Are there any areas for improvement or something INIS could have done differently?
More descriptive feedback during the campaign (beyond the standard reports, which were always delivered on time) could have helped us better understand the current assumptions in real-time. However, when we asked for justification for the choices made, we always received a detailed explanation. Greater proactivity in this area would certainly be a plus.
