These include citations, posting blogs based on target keywords, and creating banners and pictures. We collaborate closely on keyword research; I give them 7–8 keywords, and they make slight modifications when using said keywords in their work. Moreover, they do backlinking and have started handling our Facebook and social media campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of Incrementors Web Solutions’ work is great. We’ve seen improvements in local rankings between our two locations. In one of our locations, we rank on the 7–8 spots for the keyword “bedbug exterminator in Toronto,” up from 11–12. We rank on the 1–2 spots for some keywords, up from 45. Overall, we’ve easily risen by 3–4 positions for at least four keywords out of seven within only two months.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They respond quickly to my questions and provide weekly reports on what has been done so far. They show us our ranking through reports generated using Local Falcon. Meanwhile, we don’t have many solid deadlines. The team creates a plan, tells me about it in advance, and implements it. They then give me a report and show me their progress. We use email and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors Web Solutions’ quick response times are impressive. I’ve worked with 3–4 companies, and they aren’t as quick as the Incrementors Web Solutions team. Moreover, they offer great advice on improving my website. One of my friends also works on my website and helps look for organic listings. Even though he’s not their teammate, the team still gives me helpful suggestions regarding that aspect.

We've seen an exponential increase in website views and clicks in the last two months, which is surprising because it usually takes longer. We're on the first page of Google results for about 4–5 criteria, and when we started working with Incrementors Web Solutions, we were only on it for one.

I’m impressed by the team's organization and use of Google Drive and Google Docs to communicate with me; their organization is sharp, considering how many details are involved in the project. We communicate using WhatsApp and email; however, I thought we were supposed to have weekly meetings, but we haven't.

Incrementors Web Solutions follows through. If they say they will do something, they do it without needing me to remind them. As a business owner, I've found that I need to check on teammates from third-party service providers and have checkpoints along the way. Moreover, our average daily clicks have almost tripled, and our sales have increased, although not at the same ratio as the clicks and impressions. We're still hopeful that we can continue to grow at a faster rate.

Incrementors Web Solutions sticks to the budget, and they do well in terms of timing. One time, we had a big website error, and they jumped on it immediately, which was reassuring. We communicate via email and WhatsApp.

I'm very happy with Incrementors Web Solutions' work and will use them for a long time. In terms of results, Google Search Console precisely measures the number of broken files, redirects, and other metrics. The team has delivered weekly work on this platform in the time it takes to fix things and send revisions. So far, Incrementors Web Solutions has cleaned Google Search Console with great success. The team is almost done with this task and ready to move on to the next one.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
One of the reasons I like to work with Incrementors Web Solutions is that they have a very detailed process for sharing information with me. The team shares detailed, sophisticated spreadsheets of extended, complicated statistics, issues, and resolved items. I check on the information constantly, and the team resolves all issues one by one. While they perform the work, I'm aware of each step they're completing since I know the internal process well. 

Moreover, I find it convenient to have only one point of contact; the communication between us is great. As for tools, we use phone calls, emails, and Google Docs, which is easier for this project than more complex project management tools. 

Currently, I don't have the capacity to use project management tools and their immediate messages. I want to get the team's weekly assignments and results and move on, for which our current setup is better. The team sends me multiple emails a week and delivers weekly milestones. Overall, Incrementors Web Solutions' communication, data processing, and project management are very advanced and better than those of other companies in the market.

Anything can be improved, but improvements come with a cost. In balancing my needs and the price, Incrementors Web Solutions has the right approach I need as a small entity. Therefore, I don't see major improvement opportunities. Incrementors Web Solutions' work fits my needs and my current budget.

Incrementors' project management is quite satisfactory. Every week, they send me reports and details about what they need. Whenever I want to change something on the website, they contact me right away, even though I'm in the US and they're in India. Overall, everything works fine. We communicate via Google Meet and email. They also use a tool for reporting, on which I can see all the analytics, but I don't remember its name.

I worked with other service providers in the US, and I experienced a lack of communication. Moreover, I didn't like the service that I got from them. Incrementors Web Solutions presents data every week, and in the past 90 days, we've seen a 700% increase in our click rate and impressions, which is good. The team manages three accounts, which is complicated. We've seen progress in our accounts and have more clarity on our required technical SEO work. 

We had previously hired SEO agencies that weren't very technically skilled. Incrementors Web Solutions really understands our business from all SEO angles. We've also seen an increase in web traffic, and Incrementors Web Solutions has brought results to our company.

I want to highlight our project manager's work, an SEO expert who answers our questions when necessary. He has been there from the start of our engagement and has helped us with challenges. I'm impressed by Incrementors Web Solutions' services versatility. Other agencies I've worked with can only generate content but aren't capable of providing technical SEO, and vice-versa. I'd like the team to change their progress updates from Saturday to Friday since our team isn't online on Saturdays. The team communicates updates in a generic way that isn't customized to my needs. The updates seem to have AI-generated text, and I'd like to receive updates directly from the team that show what they've worked on.

Be clear about your expectations and show Incrementors Web Solutions precisely what you need during the onboarding process. I also suggest telling the team what communication and project management tools you like to use. Ensure you have a teammate to hold Incrementors Web Solutions accountable. 

Communicate with the team from the very start and ensure their rate covers your required deliverables. I suggest creating a list of deliverables because when we started, I thought the team would deliver eight blog articles per month, and it turned out their rate covered four monthly articles. This was a misunderstanding, and I recommend being very specific and clear about your expectations.

The team manages our Google Ads campaigns, and we're working on other strategies that involve the use of Google Images.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started to see an improvement in our natural listings within 60–90 days of working with Incrementors Web Solutions. I like that we can cancel our service anytime without committing to a yearly contract. This shows the team's confidence in their product and results. I've worked with other companies that initially sold me big promises, and once I signed a yearly contract, I was committed to them. Incrementors Web Solutions is very honest. 

We've achieved the top 10 results for our keyword listings, a position we hadn't achieved in years. I'm glad to see these results this quickly, and we're in the same position as some of our competitors that we couldn't reach before. Our previous vendor did good website work but lacked a current SEO marketing approach. We've seen an increase in website traffic and higher-quality leads, and Incrementors Web Solutions' work is generating revenue for our company. 

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Incrementors Web Solutions collaborates with us through a dashboard that shows different metrics, including traffic increase and keyword positions. The team has created custom spreadsheets showing our position against our competitors and provides detailed information in their reports that is useful for presenting results to my management team or other departments. 

The team is very organized and has a thorough process. We have weekly and informative meetings through Microsoft Teams, and I've opted for these meetings because we want to be aggressive with our approach. Incrementors Web Solutions walks me through their work and provides assignments for me to generate content. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed by the team's customer service. Incrementors Web Solutions offers a lot of customer attention and support that I wasn't receiving with my previous service provider. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything the team can improve — I'm really happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be active in helping Incrementors Web Solutions when they need content. If you want to increase web traffic, you need to be involved in the process, which means having meetings with the team throughout the process. Incrementors Web Solutions is there to guide you to success, but don't expect to pay them and have success overnight. You have to be engaged in your business. 

For instance, advertising your company at a trade show involves a lot of work, including designing ads, going to the trade show, and traveling. The same goes for PPC advertising; you can be successful if you're involved in the process. You have to provide the team with content and approve changes to get you back on track. I suggest engaging with your account representative.
