To date, Hugh and his team have nurtured relationships with an impressive amount of highly qualified leads and booked a significant number of calls for us. Inboxxia have been punctual, professional, and determined to deliver quality results to our business. 

As opposed to other lead-generating solutions we've experimented with, Inboxxia don't hide behind the "volume" of leads delivered. They focus on quality which ultimately leads to closes and growth for our business. We're delighted so far with the output of their team, and are excited to keep working together long into the future.

Inboxxia compiled lists of potentially qualified leads and developed an email outreach strategy with the goal of generating interested responses, vetting the leads, and ultimately booking sales calls.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Month to Month, a report would be sent outlining how many people were emailed, how many people replied with interest, and how many calls were booked. Ideally, these calls would be with qualified leads who are interested in our services - the success comes back to the fact we have consistently had calls scheduled thanks to Hugh and Inboxxia.

Hugh has been very helpful in communicating with me and sending reports over on the progress being made. When I have new material to use he has been very prompt in getting it implemented into the outreach campaigns and has been helpful in making suggestions to improve results.

The calls booked have been consistent, and I haven't felt like Hugh or the team have dropped the ball at any stage. Naturally, progress and consistency are not linear, and when things have been quiet, Hugh has been active in updating me on progress and how we can take a new approach. The best thing is knowing Hugh and his team are working in the background while I go about my daily business, knowing my sales pipeline is being worked on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inboxxia could have done differently?

Nothing specifically notable - some leads or calls have not been qualified, but not something I can complain about as this is expected. It would be nice to have a dashboard to monitor progress but not something I am desperate for. It would be good to have more discussion about offers and angles that we could use based on what is working for others.
