We are scaling and with this challenge we are looking for good agencies to fill our positions and help us deliver high quality content that converts and help us maintain a good image for our company

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I am looking for agencies through Upwork, that's where I found Inbox Ninjas. and I've been trying different agencies for the past year. It was enough receiving the audit from Inbox Ninjas to know I'm in good hands.

They take care of my email needs A to Z! So they' done a roadmap subjects and content goal, shared a spreadsheet with me where I know exactly the sales, subject and roadmap 1 month ahead always. That's crazily good for me as someone who runs multiple projects simuntatniously. They are taking care of the content, graphics, sales, discounts and any email needs I have or bring up the table at any given time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are working with our account manager, Nona, and Guy who's one of inbox ninjas founders. Even if email is scheduled to shoot out in 2 hours and I just noticed a small improvement I want to do, they are always available and taking care of those.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The email campaigns are very successful, they warmed the list and instead of sending 4 emails a month, we are sending 4 a week! thats 4 times more and at the same time the open rate improved and so is the revenue. We grow from 22% revenue from emails to 32% and it is valued in thousands of extra dollars in profit

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For me, I am looking to autopilot and hear as little as I can from them. That's what I get. I am happy with the quality of the results they deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The design. the graphics are high quality and professional, that fits exactly my audience, branding and vision.

Not really

My name is Bryson Cutler and I am the Operations Director for Blenko Glass Company. I handle business administration with a focus on finance, IT, and digital marketing. We are a 125+ year old glassware manufacturer that specializes in tableware and home decor.

We hired Inbox Ninjas to migrate our email marketing program from MailChimp to Klaviyo and to set up flows and automations to generate revenue. We also will be working with them on standalone email marketing campaigns.

Email flows generating tens of thousands of dollars since inception as well as other ecommerce consultation leading to added revenue.

Excellent - we love working with Alon and Janine and prefer their workflow setup with Slack.

Excellent branding and communication workflow

Nope! They completed the work as outlined and even went above and beyond to suggest other revenue generating ecommerce tactics.
