We’ve worked with Impressive Digital across our SEO, SEM and overall digital marketing strategy, covering everything from technical SEO and on-site optimisation through to paid advertising, reporting and website performance improvements. 

We have been with them since the start of their business and to be honest, there’s a lot of digital agencies out there and we’ve had plenty of companies try pitch for our work over the years, but what stood out with Impressive was their honesty, transparency and the way they approached things. We never felt like we were being “sold to” or pushed into unnecessary directions just to increase spend. A big thing for us has been trust. They’ve actually helped ground us at times from veering into the wrong direction and have been very pragmatic with their advice based on experience, data and long-term thinking rather than just chasing short-term wins or trends. They’ve become more of a partner than just an agency. Easy to deal with, responsive, technically very strong and willing to have proper conversations around strategy, not just marketing buzzwords. Overall, very happy with the relationship and the work they’ve done with us so far.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the biggest things for us was the  growth in leads without sacrificing quality. Before working together, we were probably getting around 20–30 genuine inbound leads a month through digital channels. Since then, that’s grown to well over 1,000+ enquiries a month across different campaigns and platforms.

What I appreciated though was that they never just chased numbers for the sake of making reports look good. A lot of agencies will pump traffic or low quality leads just to show “growth”, but Impressive were very focused on keeping leads relevant to our products, industry and actual customer base. They also did a huge amount of work around technical SEO, site structure and now more recently LLM/AI search optimisation, which has honestly shown positive results way quicker than I expected.

They were pushing us in that direction before most people were even talking about it seriously. We’ve also seen a big improvement in efficiency and CPL compared to industry averages. Ads, targeting and overall strategy feel far more refined now rather than just throwing money at campaigns and hoping something sticks. Probably the biggest thing though is confidence in direction. Digital marketing can become very noisy with everyone claiming to be an expert, but they’ve been very good at keeping us grounded, steering us away from bad decisions and focusing on long term growth rather than short term hype. Overall, it’s been a really positive relationship and they have also worked with our inhouse team really well!

Project management has been great. Very thorough, organised and easy to deal with. They follow up properly, keep things moving and communicate well rather than disappearing once campaigns are live. Deliverables have generally been on time and whenever we’ve needed support or changes, they’ve been very responsive. One thing I also respect is that they’re not just “yes people”  if they think we’re heading in the wrong direction, they’ll say it and explain why. Overall, they’ve felt more like an extension of our team than an external agency.

What impressed me most was that they have the setup and capability of a big agency, but still make you feel important as a client. You can actually pick up the phone, have a proper conversation and feel looked after rather than just being another number.

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. Like any growing company there’s always small things that can be refined over time, but overall the experience has been very positive. They’ve been transparent, responsive and willing to adapt whenever needed, which is what matters most to us.

We brought on Impressive as an agency partner to build our domain authority via a backlink strategy, to audit and identify areas of improvement for our site's technical SEO, and to scale organic traffic via an on-page content strategy that targeted specific lines of the business we wanted to focus on. Deliverables included a link building plan, a set quantity of external links per month, a technical audit, a buildout of keyword strategy and content planner, and content briefs.

Without utilizing any paid ads spend, we've seen a 21% increase in Users, 23% increase in Sessions, and 19% increase in Conversions, as well as 79% growth in page 1 ranking terms. Organic traffic alone has grown 87% and our domain authority doubled.

We met with the team biweekly and maintained regular communication over email. They were always easy to get in touch with and we'd hear back around any questions within a few business days. There has been an increase in online sales directly related to Impressive's ads and targeting strategy. Another key indication has been the increased traffic to the website and improved sales conversion rates from Facebook and Instagram ads could also be potential indicators of progress or success.

They ask thorough questions about your business to get the best possible understanding of how it works before creating their campaign brief and 3-month accelerator program. Initially, meetings are weekly to ensure all accounts are connected and tracking well. After each meeting, a summary is provided of all the KPIs for team members to hit before the next meeting. To date, I couldn't fault the Impressive team and I look forward to seeing more great results as Google Analytics and targeting continue to take shape. We all know this takes time to slip into the algorithm slipstream.

Impressive has played a key role in our inbound marketing.

It is pretty agile and straight-forward.

Then set up included a one-to-one walk-through.

Our journey has just started with PPC - however my team were able to see our ads served immediately and this has provided a terrific response company-wide. I'm definitely equipped with the needed knowledge and moved through the learning-curve quickly which was a key requirement.

Superstars that I didn’t know I needed! That’s what I get working with Impressive. I get a team of superstars and super brains that I didn’t know I needed! We knew we needed help with Digital Marketing but had no idea how we were going to achieve this on our own, nor where to start. The best decision our company could have made was to reach out to Impressive and see what they could do to help us. They have exceeded this beyond what we thought we needed.

Their focus on our brand and company and the ease of which they go about their work is outstanding. I enjoy every aspect of working with their team — they're thorough, smart, and have great character. They give me their undivided attention during our WIP’s and any additional help I need along the way. I have learned so much from them but there is no way what they do could ever be achievable in-house. Sometimes you just gotta leave it to the experts!

We had an account manager as well as access to the account manager's "team leader" which was a nice bit of access. Our campaign was an amazing success and we achieved everything that we were promised & more! Our SEO campaign was so successful that we went on to win an SEM Rush award for "BEST ONLINE MARKETING CAMPAIGN – REAL ESTATE" - which was some great recognition for the team as well as a testament to the client x agency relationship that we had built throughout our time working together.
