We brought on Impressive as an agency partner to build our domain authority via a backlink strategy, to audit and identify areas of improvement for our site's technical SEO, and to scale organic traffic via an on-page content strategy that targeted specific lines of the business we wanted to focus on. Deliverables included a link building plan, a set quantity of external links per month, a technical audit, a buildout of keyword strategy and content planner, and content briefs.

Without utilizing any paid ads spend, we've seen a 21% increase in Users, 23% increase in Sessions, and 19% increase in Conversions, as well as 79% growth in page 1 ranking terms. Organic traffic alone has grown 87% and our domain authority doubled.

• Impressive Digital has greatly improved the company's online presence and revenue through effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. There has been an increase in online sales directly related to Impressive's ads and targeting strategy. Another key indication has been the increased traffic to the website and improved sales conversion rates from Facebook and Instagram ads could also be potential indicators of progress or success.

They ask thorough questions about your business to get the best possible understanding of how it works before creating their campaign brief and 3-month accelerator program. Initially, meetings are weekly to ensure all accounts are connected and tracking well. After each meeting, a summary is provided of all the KPIs for team members to hit before the next meeting. To date, I couldn't fault the Impressive team and I look forward to seeing more great results as Google Analytics and targeting continue to take shape. We all know this takes time to slip into the algorithm slipstream.

While it took us a bit to find the right track because of the complex nature of our services, we are seeing a lot of quality results. The combination of SEO and SEM, with clear focus on a specific product and vertical, together with our content strategy, is driving high-value leads. Impressive has played a key role in our inbound marketing.

It is pretty agile and straight-forward.

Working with the team is super smooth and straight-forward. They have also guided us when needed. They have been extra supportive when we requested their help.

Some members of the team lack a bit of experience. When mistakes have been made, they work extra-hard to correct the issue. With a lot of communication and feedback we have found a good way to work together.

Then set up included a one-to-one walk-through.

Our journey has just started with PPC - however my team were able to see our ads served immediately and this has provided a terrific response company-wide. I'm definitely equipped with the needed knowledge and moved through the learning-curve quickly which was a key requirement.

Impressive had their offices in our building, so had a chat with them and they put a proposal together which we compared to another agency we had briefed: we chose Impressive based on cost, cultural fit and the appointment of an Account manager who really understood our industry and its requirements.

Impressive quickly became an extension of our team, always appointing the best expert in each deliverable. SEO, SEM, Google ads, Social advertising, automation etc... We set up our Digital strategy which we would then review twice a year and adapt our action plan based on findings, results and industry best practices, alongside head office guidelines and recommendations, which they would always adapt to our home market.

Very effective workflow, initially we lacked regularity, but that was quickly addressed with regular wips and more specific meetings, eg. for the launch of a specific campaign.

The level of flexibility and how nimble they were to put in place new ideas or adapt our plan to meet new objectives.

More effective communication at the start of the project. Use of different GANT charts and calendars, would've preferred to set-up one document once and for all from the start and stick to it.

The 6 months we have been working with Impressive we have navigated our way through a few hits and misses. The have enabled us to get where we are today and to understand our market a lot more. Trial and error has been incredibly beneficial. We have completed the majority if not all the back end website requirements and written pieces to enhance our SEO...

We have weekly WIP's with the team and generally make decisions during these meetings. The workflow is very effective. If decisions cant be made during the WIPs we correspond during the week via email.

Superstars that I didn’t know I needed! That’s what I get working with Impressive. I get a team of superstars and super brains that I didn’t know I needed! We knew we needed help with Digital Marketing but had no idea how we were going to achieve this on our own, nor where to start. The best decision our company could have made was to reach out to Impressive and see what they could do to help us. They have exceeded this beyond what we thought we needed.

Their focus on our brand and company and the ease of which they go about their work is outstanding. I enjoy every aspect of working with their team — they're thorough, smart, and have great character. They give me their undivided attention during our WIP’s and any additional help I need along the way. I have learned so much from them but there is no way what they do could ever be achievable in-house. Sometimes you just gotta leave it to the experts!

We had an account manager as well as access to the account manager's "team leader" which was a nice bit of access. Our campaign was an amazing success and we achieved everything that we were promised & more! Our SEO campaign was so successful that we went on to win an SEM Rush award for "BEST ONLINE MARKETING CAMPAIGN – REAL ESTATE" - which was some great recognition for the team as well as a testament to the client x agency relationship that we had built throughout our time working together.
