We hired Impact Wolves to redevelop and optimize our Amazon advertising strategy. The objective was to lower TACOS (total cost of advertising) without adversely impacting revenue and to increase the proportion of our organic sales.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Complete campaign restructuring and optimizations resulted in improved ACOS, TACOS and a greater proportion of sales coming from organic traffic. The improvements were gradual, but this was to be expected, and ultimately our account has been improved without a doubt.

Abdullah communicates professionally and is responsive and able to manage requests at short notice. We have audited his work in our account on two occasions with external agencies and feedback has been positive.

It could be a nice touch if a virtual face-to-face meeting were a routine part of the service (either monthly or every second month). PPC is a very important part of an Amazon business and such meetings would be beneficial in developing a closer and more confident engangement. This is just my personal opinion and I have never actually requested this with the agency. If I did, I'm sure they would be happy to oblige.

He also provides detailed updates to show the ACOS/TACOS/AD Sales/ AD SPEND/Total Sales monthly progress. Additionally, he goes above and beyond and helps improve our Amazon Store by working with other team members and showing them the best practice to increase conversion.
