We had a static website in place since 2019. The content, the design and the backend - nothing worked. We wanted someone to revamp the entire website end to end in one-go without giving up on quality or the backend. Also, we were in dilemma regarding our positioning in terms of services because we branch into two very different segments. Additionally, the logo we had was not sleek at all and did not add any value to our growing business.

They had a transparent process - we had access to their working logs from the start to finish. In addition, we could check the daily updates in project tracker about everything that was being done during the day. Our founder stayed connected as a Point of Contact with them throughout for any course correction that needed to be done along the way.

Since their entire documentation was on the cloud that we had access to, it was pretty much like seeing our website come alive in front of our very eyes.
