though we have two main points of contact, we have mostly worked with Vikas, who has been an integral asset to the success of improving our Campaign results.

Sometimes one member would have several responsibilities, such as a business analyst taking on project management responsibilities.

Our website development was done and now its time to start our campaign and digital work. The greatest challenge for us at the moment is to get more quality leads and convert them. At the start of the month we get many leads but bid value is too high. but after month quality get improved and we received many quality leads.

Our teams had a positive collaboration experience. We spoke the same language in terms of business and technology, which is always a solid foundation for a successful project.While iDigitalise's digital team worked remotely, communication was not a problem owing to well-set management.
