What challenge were you trying to address with ICS-digital LLP?

We needed help promoting our company's games at physical events via influencer marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ICS-digital LLP has provided influencer marketing services for us. The team has conducted a landscape analysis, competitor audit, and audience analysis snapshot. Based on that, they've developed a strategy and agreed on key reporting metrics. ICS-digital LLP has also identified and shortlisted 1–2 appropriate influencers to be engaged. Moreover, ICS-digital LLP has been responsible for campaign execution, including drafting influencer pitches and outreach, ongoing liaison with influencers, and monitoring influencer content. The team has also provided account management, including all client communication, project management, and coverage monitoring and results reporting. In addition, ICS-digital LLP has engaged and briefed influencers to be present onsite at events. The team has also aimed for influencers to post about and/or livestream the event, securing a minimum of four Instagram story posts and one grid post per influencer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ICS-digital LLP has helped us successfully network with influencers in both countries. For one event in Brazil, the team has delivered 14 Instagram posts, 9,884 total views, 2,664 estimated profile reach, 35% non-follower engagement, and 249 interactions. For another event in the US, ICS-digital LLP has delivered 20 Instagram posts, 33,248 total views, 1,386 average reach, 1,097 total engagement, and 853 interactions. Overall, the results have met our expectations.

How did ICS-digital LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

ICS-digital LLP has been easy to work with and communicative. Our primary forms of communication are virtual meetings, and emails.
